Came in one weekday morning for a breakfast sandwich… The ladies working inside were friendly. The place definitely needed to be cleaned, I even saw a huge spiderweb between the trash can and a table it was next to. Two of the coffee dispensers were empty, including a regular coffee, which is what I wanted. Service was quick and they were quite busy. The food tasted decent. They just really need to work on better management to keep things clean and straight here.
I have gone to this location for years now. My dad forgot the cream cheese associated with the half bundle he purchased. I went back to ask, and the employee said "I can't deal with this" because I had forgotten the receipt. She was busy going through her purse on the cashier’s counter. She proceeded to say I could be stealing. The other employee found my order and said I could take the cream cheese. The first employee continued to loudly say I should not get it, that she would not be answerable to "Ryan" and that they could not be handing our free cream cheese. I told her this was ridiculous to argue over a tub of cream cheese, and I offered to pay for it a second time. The second employee said no, it was fine and she found the transaction, while the first employee loudly called me a liar as I walked out. Just a terrible experience. I felt badly for the employee/manager trying to do her job- the other was disrespectful and out of line. Will go to a different Brueggers.
Heavenly. I got the chipotle turkey bagel on everything bagel and my goodness! It was soo good!
Ok, my wife contacted "guest services" and has heard nothing, zip. I used to have a business. This SHOULD have been the response by the Moon Bruegger's guy: "Oh, we are so sorry. Please come by and we will gladly give you two dozen actual sesame seed bagels. Don't know what happened but we want to make it right." and NOT deflect us to corporate.
My 69-year old wife, who needs a cane to walk, ordered two dozen sesame seed bagels for a party we were having. She brought the bag home and the bagel on top was a regular, normal sesame seed bagel. So we set them aside for later. But...every other bagel under that one turned out to be a gloppy, igloo shaped, domed, smallish...many with no holes at all, crummy "bagel" that you couldn't even toast. Every single one. Fit in the toaster but was so doughy, fat, and gloppy that it would not toast. Now, if they will rip off an elderly woman who needs a cane, I wouldn't go near that place if I were you.
Shockingly bad customer service, dirty floors, and mediocre food. Hard to recommend a place with no redeeming qualities. One woman was extremely rude to us and other customers, not to mention the fact that employees were arguing with each other loudly in front of customers.
Unfortunately this isn't the only Bruegger's location with these issues, it's just the worst of the bunch.
Walked in there and the lady behind the counter literally said and I quote “Jesus Christ” because they were busy. As the half dozen or so others came in behind me she continue to throw her hands in the air and complain to her coworker and manager. Severe attitude problem with everyone she gave a sandwich to as well.
The food and service was very good but the store is in rough condition and not clean, the seats are dirty checkout area was dusty windows are very dirty as are the floors . These very good and loyal employees need help from the higher ups you are neglecting them it appears. This store use to thrive don't let it fail because you are not reinvesting in your business
4/28…this time the order was correct so modified the original review. Tyvm….The Staff works hard but the new order process “Sucks”, to many times they input the order Wrong…the past system of talking to the Staff first of making the order was much better than the new process of describing it to cashier…please go Back
