Made an appointment a month in advance because that was the earliest possible time to fix my van. Called the day before to verify everything was ok and was assured that it was. Came in at 8am to drop it off on the day of the appointment and was told that it wouldn't be ready today, said ok, like a day or 2, and basically can't make any promises, even a week or 2 was too much to say that it would be fixed in even that time frame. I'm truly disappointed in the service that after waiting a month for my appointment literally means nothing to this business. Maybe they had good customer service in the past but apparently those days are gone. The worst part were the excuses about having cars with wrong parts on all of their lifts. Cars can generally be rolled off a lift rather than stop all production in a shop, even if you have to put a few things back together to make it happen. You never tie up all of your lifts for days on end with a car that's needing parts.
Awesome shop. Friendly staff. Trustworthy. They told us we needed something else before getting the alignment done and fid not do unnecessary repairs. Builds confidence to find a shop you can trust to not take advantage!
It was a awesome experience. My van drives so much better now. I had to get a front alignment. They did a great job. I will definitely be going back and recommending them as well. And it was a great price to!
While nice folks, they are very slow. I dropped my car off on a Monday, work didn't begin until Thursday, I needed my car back Friday which they knew before I dropped it off. They also charged me for an inspection that they forgot to do and did not find time to complete all the work I had requested due to "running out of time." They offered for me to come back but after the other reviews about timeliness and my own experience, I elected to go elsewhere. I probably will not return.
Bruce has worked on my vehicles my Nissan Armada my Altima he put stickers on my 350z and my Titan. He is an excellent mechanic. Best wheel alignment ever. His work is excellent. He checks your vehicle out first to see what’s wrong with it then they set up an appointment for you to bring it back so they can have the parts. He has an excellent auto parts specialist. She orders the parts and she sets up your appointments.
This place is great! We were driving from Burlington, NC to Waynesboro, VA, when our tire blew out in the middle of nowhere. We found this place and are so glad we did! They're not specifically a tire place, but they happened to have used tires in the size we needed and were willing to use those for a VERY good price. We ended up having to replace three out of four of our tires, and spent less than we would have to replace one at any other place. And on top of that, everybody was very friendly!
I have been going here since they opened. They are usually very busy, but are very good at repairs and don't over charge you. They will work with you on getting you in and getting repairs done. Very nice employees and definitely very good at what they do.
Called Bruce's on my way home from work to see about getting an inspection sticker the next day. The lady on the phone told me to bring it by and they could get to it. The next morning I got there about 8:15 am and the lady told me she couldnt get to it until after 2. I came back at 2 pm and she said they couldn't do anymore that day. So why did i need to come back at 2 since it's obvious inspections were done prior to then? Also no mention of an appointment was made which would have saved a good amount of time and frustration. I had been going to Bruce's for years for car repairs and inspections but today they lost a customer.
