If you're looking to get some pizza, its definitely worth a try. I got the Grandmas Madison Avenue. Never had even heard of them before this and I'm glad I gave it a chance. Also the Garlic Sticks are pretty fire too!
I have been going here since this place opened up years ago. Hands down the best New York style pizza in Indiana. Maybe the entire Midwest. Owner is a fantastic stand up guy and loves his business. I can't recommend this place enough. I do wish they sold shirts here. Brooklyn style pizza is my favorite pizza here (chicken bacon ranch), and you HAVE to try their knuckles out!! Believe the hype people! Make the trip and stop by. You won't regret it!
This is our first time back since they reopened. Very nicely done renovation. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The Garlic Knuckles are like we remembered them. Crispy and golden brown on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and coated in a garlic butter sauce that is warm, creamy and chock full of garlic. Delicious. My son loved the Pepperoni Pizza. Each and every bite was chock full of tomato sauce, stretchy mozzarella cheese and crispy pepperoni slices. I loved the Garden State Parkway Pizza. It is chock full of the chunky and flavorful Grandma sauce, stretchy mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. I loved it as well. One downfall was the puffy crust. It made the pizza doughier, and it felt like I was eating more crust and dough than toppings. The second negative I saw was a crust, primarily at the tip, where the dough was soggy and wasn't holding up to the toppings. These are good pizzas, but they do not live up to the NY Style Pizza thin crust.
Recently heard good things about Brozinni’s from my coworker. Decided to try this place one night and ordered pizza to go. We got the 16 inch half 34th St. and half Riverside Drive specialty pizza. The pizza had a pretty good undercarriage with a nice crispy crust on top and a little bit of flop. Seemed a bit thicker than New York style pizza and not quite as crispy underneath. It was definitely very good pizza, although there was so much flavorless and fluffy ricotta. I wasn’t big on the texture and quantity of the ricotta and both specialties that we chose had a significant amount of it on the pizza. Regardless, it was a good pizza. Might look into ordering again sometime and trying a pizza without the ricotta. Since it was pick up, I can’t say too much about the atmosphere, but the lady we spoke on the phone with and dealt with was great.
Great pizza! One of the best pizza by the slice places I’ve been to. The ingredients were very fresh and the dough was really good. We had the pepperoni breadsticks, I felt like there wasn’t enough pepperoni to bread ratio, but the bread was so good, it didn’t matter.
Pictured is: cheese pizza, pepperoni breadsticks, and the Hawaiian pizza.
Great service, good pizza and a fabulous dining room. We enjoyed our 16-inch half Brooklyn and half Riverside Drive. They also served us complimentary (smaller) slices of a Garden State Parkway pizza and it was delicious! So glad we tried this restaurant today. I recommend Brozinni's Pizza.
Great service, great atmosphere, and outstanding pizza. Be warned, everything is huge. The stuffed breadsticks are like mini baseball bats filled with heavenly delights! We also had the Maiden. It was there version of Hawaiian. Sliced Boars head ham, bacon, and pineapple. Absolutely delicious as well!
I love Brozinnni’s food, but today (2/18/24) I picked up a calzone for lunch and found about an 8 inch long hair embedded in the cheese. I’ve never had this happen before, but it was truly disgusting. I ended up throwing the calzone away and I’m not sure if I’ll be returning again. It’s very unfortunate as I love the food they serve
