I have had to call these guys a couple times with questions regarding, parts and engine repairs. They were very courteous and took time out of their busy day to help, in spite of the fact that I had no clue what I was talking about and I wasn't a paying customer.

Soft Track Attack

Dropped off a flex plate to be resurfaced, I live 25 miles away in Naples they called before I got to my driveway and said it was done. ????????????????????

Unfortunately, our AC went out in our motorhome. The timing was not good as we had a trip planned. We called them and they were able to get us in within a very short time. They promised us that no matter what they would make sure we could still get to go on our vacation. We dropped the motorhome off at 8:00 A.M. and by early afternoon they had diagnosed and replaced the AC pump in addition to servicing our onboard generator. (We noticed they had several vehicles being worked on at the time and didn't expect it back the same day). We were extremely happy with not only the quickness of the work, but the cost was about half of what we had expected! They had the opportunity to take advantage of us and charge us for some things I had asked them to look at. They told us they did not need replaced.

Brown's North Machine helped out with ordering a hard to find part while we were traveling. Justin was great and kept in touch during our travels updating me on the status of my part. Get in touch with them if you can't find a part at the local part store in Sandpoint.

I can't say enough good things about this company! We own a local moving company and had an unexpected brake chamber issue. Brown's came to the rescue and didn't only just take care of the issue, but saved our company money. The attention to detail and the professionalism that Carson brought to the job was beyond my expectations. Keep in mind this was an emergency repair, not scheduled or anything like that, last second. I assumed the price for a service like we received would be triple the price. A year ago, we used Brown's for a oil change, again very impressed with the communication and professionalism. This company makes me proud to live in the Sandpoint area, keep up the great work! I will recommend this company.

Doing a deck over trailer rebuild this place had a new 2 and 5/16 coupler and Dexter 8 lug axle parts right in stock along with commercial size grommet style trailer lights and set me up with one stop. This is the place for your commercial truck upfitting and trailer parts..

Bad noise under my truck. Though they were way booked, they realized I was unsafe to drive and return another time. Two hours later I was on my way with a recheck in 500 miles. Everyone is so helpful and makes a big effort. They're family to each other and respectful to their customers.
