Great local shop nice used tires and great service. Highly recommend
I needed 4 tires for my SUV. I walked out of there with almost new tires that cost me a total of $160 installed, balanced and they took my old ones. I was there for less than 30 minutes. The guys were super friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend using this shop.
Worst experience one guy working I waited over 2 hours for the guy to put 4 tires on my car
Place is a joke
Purchased 2 tires from this place. They lost a lug nut when putting the tire back on and when i left that day my car started pulling really badly to the side. i brought it back the following day had them reservice my tire and they again left a lug nut missing and left 3 studs completely loose as im on the highwaynthenwheel almost falls off. Now im still having terrible handling issues after numerous visits to different shops. I reached out to the BBB regarding the issue and i have yet tonhear back from this place. Absolute terrible service.

Bought a pair of tires here back in August, The first tire didn’t last a month got it replaced with the warranty but the second tire finally gave out 3 months later and upon further inspection they sold me winter snow studless tires in the summer. After numerous attempts at trying to free the wheel I had to give up and call a tow truck who himself could not break free because Browns had put the lugs back on to tight and busted the caps and stripped the lugs.
Now I have to have it towed to a shop and have the lugs cut off, This place was ok when it was Davis Tire but ever since the change to Browns it’s all been a terrible experience for me.
I will not go back
Stay away from the office area of the parking lot. Smells like the owners methlab is leaking trailer park waste.
Brian and his team are some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable people I have met in a very long time. They made me feel like I was in very capable hands. 10/10 for customer service. Hats off to you gentlemen.
