Fast and friendly! Had a wonderful experience with my car inspection. The owner and mechanic were polite and pleasant, and made you feel at home immediately. Made sure my car was safe and ready to roll down the road. Highly recommended!
I bought brake pads took to Browns auto just have them put them on my bill just for labor was 238.50. I did call and complain they agreed to 160.00 but my goodness that was to high they never called me to give me a estimate.
Took my car in the first time to get brakes looked at and charged me $40.00 to clean my brakes then said everything should be fine. Took it in again to get the starter replaced. I told them to let me know the cost. I called and they said the starter was installed and the cost was over 400.00. I did NOT authorize them to repair it just asked for an estimate. I only had 100.00 towards the repair. In the end they rudely told me to come get it and pay 100.00 and after taking it home some woman called me and left a extremely rude insulting message yelling that I ripped them off and to never bring my car back to them. Once returning to Florida I had a REAL mechanic look at the brakes again as the brake pedal was still spongy feeling and yes they were dirty again due to a leaking line that this Pennsylvanian shade tree wannabe mechanic failed to notice. I was lucky I didn't lose complete brakes and killed on my trip back to Florida. I wouldn't let them work on a toy car. Very unprofessional...Worst garage I have ever been to.
We recently took our truck to BROWN'S AUTO on Monarch Rd to have a front transmission seal put in, nine days later and over $500 we got our truck back. Now let me tell you the ONLY thing wrong was the seal. Our truck now no longer has an emergency brake, the four wheel drive doesn't work, a brake line is broken, vacuum lines are dangling from the transmission. As if that was not enough they were loaded with insults when confronted about the problems! If you don't want ripped off DON'T go there!!!!! Do not take the "Satisfaction 100% Guaranteed" logo on the web page seriously, it is a lie and a joke.

I get all my state inspections here. Being we travel to Florida & back several times a year, I depend on knowing my vehicles are in good operating condition or at least know what they need to stay that way.
Very good garage.. friendly staff and great prices.
