I come to this place all of the time. I usually go to the same lady. I think she is there in the morning time with the curly longer black hair. Now I come it’s a heavy set girl who did my eyebrows for the couple first times. She is very very heavy handed and she presses down on my eyeball very hard telling me to hold it. everytime I go my results end like the pictures I showed. I always have blood, she cuts me, and she goes over the same spot over and over again which makes me bleed, and cutting my skin. She didn’t even do my eyebrows right. When I got my nails done the lady at the nail salon was very upset along with me and she trimmed my eyebrows down for me. She told me what to put on my skin and told me to come to her next time. I love getting my eyebrows threaded but this time? She need to stop being heavy handed and stop cutting me. Or I would start back waxing
This is my go to eyebrow place! I always communicate my desired look and they always come through. I do have a favorite girl (long hair, soft spoken lady).
She always takes her time with me and makes sure to give me a tissue because I’m a crier lol

I always come here for my daughter’s eyebrows, and she does them for a good price and my daughter loves her brows afterwards. The employees are very friendly as well!
This is the ONLY place I go to get my eyebrows done. I have thick brows and only these fine women know how to shape them. It’s worth the very short pain! They are also super fast! I literally was done in five minutes.
Personally I throughly enjoy my experience every-time I go. There is never a time that I leave my brow aren’t doing what they came to do. The ladies are really nice, and friendly. I definitely recommend coming and getting your brows threaded.
Amazing service! This is the 1st time receiving an eyebrow service that delivered exactly what I asked for. I asked that my very thin brows look as thick as possible careful not to make them “skinny” The results were perfect. (and fast) I will return!
Horrible experience !! Card machine was half working so I was asked to walk to a nearby ATM to get cash , but exact cash because there was no change ! Obviously can’t withdraw $12 from an ATM so she assured me she would get change. While going through this another woman walks in and sits in the chair to be serviced. At this point. I’ve been waiting for 30 mins. I walk to the nearby ATM with the understanding I would be serviced upon my return because it’s not my problem the credit card machine is not working , I was there first and the next customer. I come back (literally 2 minutes to go and come back) and she has started on the lady who just walked straight in !! I was obviously upset and then she tells me 2 mins just wait, as if I hadn’t been waiting. 2 mins turned into 7 and after feeling pretty disrespected at this point , I left and received service else where. I said I was done with this place after the last visit because they have no idea whose next with a store full of people , allowing anyone to receive service next , whether you’re next in line or just walk in the door. Ladies we’re about to argue because people were jumping others in line smh.
This was my first time coming here and upon entry I did not receive a greeting nor was I offered to have a seat and wait, as other salons would ask. The 2 ladies, working the store, were having a conversation, and the Lady threading another customers eyebrow, was not engaging in her work. While I waited, I noticed the lady threading asked the customer if she liked and showed her the result of one eyebrow.. The customer agreed and so the lady finished the job. When it was my turn, she did not ask me the question and rushed through the job because she was finished in a minute and 15 seconds. As a result, my eyebrows are thin/too much was taken off and when I told her my dissatisfaction she said “next time will be better” (walked to the register) and said, “that will be $12”. So if you love even sized, full eyebrows, DO NOT GO HERE because they workers do not engage with you, to get an understanding of your preference, and rush there the work.
