I’ve been going here for 4-5 years and I’ve NEVER had an issue. This was my 2nd time going since Sofia left and I’m highly disappointed. They have never messed my eyebrows up and I feel embarrassed to go out with them right now. I went so I could look cute for a concert tonight, ruined my whole mood. I will not be returning again.
I have been going to them for years for their eyebrow threading and I never have any bad experiences. Every time the ladies ask if you like them before you leave and they will critique them for you if not. 10/10
I went to this place 3 times and the first time it was ok butt the last 2 times mg eyebrows looked horrible and brow tinting was horrible. Not even at all . Then had enough nerve to say " they are pretty " absolutely not . She did the threading so hard with the thred my skin has lil sores now and feels so sore . Never again !!!! Eyes brows all messed up smh
The owner is amazing but eyelashes expensive

Sophia ia not there anymore ahe was great at tinting and threading.
However was left with a wound on my eyebrow as she did cut me somehow with the thread looked like to catapilliars thick as an ungroomed man.

I have gone here a number of times have only had one good experience...i have had a tall young lady she works on Monday afternoons ,,,,she is so bad at what she does . took her 2 min to make my eyebrows look worse then they already do...my skin was so red and it hurt like hell. There was another lady there talking to her and when she was done with my brows the lady commented..... done already! This lady does not care about you or how bad she hurts you or what your brows look like ...DO NOT GO HERE,,,they have lost another client! This lady needs to be fired! Horrible experience.
I’ve had the owner do my eyebrows a couple times she does a good job. The past two times I’ve had a younger girl do my eyebrows she made The top half of my face look like I’m Mr. Crabs!! This last time took two minutes and I still tipped she wouldn’t even look at me.. My eyebrows are still scarred days later and uneven she blamed my brows... If you see a younger lady in the shop run!
This lady didn't speak English very well which isn't that big a problem. Obviously your comprehension was even worse! She was desperately lacking in skill. I asked to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. She failed miserably at the threading so I said forget about the tint. I posted a picture of what my eyebrows look like. This lady should be fired immediately! I get pissed every time I look in the mirror! I will not be returning! Don't waste your money!!!
While my girlfriend was getting her eyebrows done, Sofia proceeded to tell her how she would be better off dating a man instead of a woman and began to push her own religious views onto both of us. Not only was this extremely unprofessional; it was disrespectful and discriminatory. We will never be returning.
