I went here to get my inspection done for my vehicle when I arrived the lady with the braces and the rbf syndrome running the inspection area said it will be $22, she disappeared for 25 min then returned and gave me a receipt showing it was $7 for the inspection that i didnt notice until i got home. Then i called them the same day and the gentleman over the phone had no clue as why I was told one priced charged my debit card another price, and the receipt shows a completely different price. When I went in to talk to the lady the next day she was rude and had an attitude saying that if she charged me more it's because there was something wrong with my car and she let it slide thats why she charged me $27 but, there is nothing wrong with my vehicle it's a 2022, brand new and barely has 55k miles on it. Then the front staff started mean mugging me, she then explained that she couldn't tell me why she charged me the price of $27 instead of $7 as shown on the receipt that she charged me. She said she couldnt tell me without seeing my vehicle in front of her even though she had a picture of it on her computer, then she said bring in the vehicle with the paper work of the inspection i will look at it, and if I charged you wrongfully then I will reimburse you. A good business will tell you before you leave how much they are charging you, if they charged you another price why they charged you that price to avoid these issues from the beginning, and if there is something wrong with your car that would be an issue to pass an inspection they need to let the customer know so that later down the road the customer won't get pulled over by the cops and issued a ticket, this is real shady business, and I will never come here again. I didn't bring my vehicle back because I know she was just gonna make up any excuse saying something was wrong with my vehicle and say she charged me correctly, so thats ok keep the $20 extra you charged me, maybe you can use it to fix your crooked grill.

OUTSTANDING!!! This shop will earn your business. Took my truck to them right at closing time expecting a two or three day turnaround. They got it diagnosed and fixed that night even though I couldn't get it until the next evening. Very reasonable on their pricing as well. Fast, thorough, professional and up front. Cannot possibly recommend this shop enough. I live in Oklahoma and if at all possible I will always have my vehicle worked on in West Odessa.
