Great meats sold from a a steady food truck. Not very certain of how meat is roasted as it appears they already have it in large quantities inside a storage container. When you order they pull from the storage in the container and not from a grill.
The suya is great. I finished my bowl before getting home.
It can be better especially with powdered pepper instead of the cooked one. It was oily and messy for a eat and drive. Also, the garnishing was missing, no onion, no tomatoes. Suya is incomplete without those.
Smiling and welcoming customer service. Suya and pepper is always mouth watering and spicy good. Cleanliness is top notch. I have picked up suya for home consumption and for my events and everything was perfect. As far as l am concerned , he is the best in the DMV. Go taste his suya and thank me later.
Customer since day 1 when they were located in-between garages. The suya gets better every time (missing garnishment like vinegar-soaked oignons or kankan IMO) and the customer service is consistently great. The business mindset of this suya team is very inspiring. Keep up the wonderful work.
This suya is great. I have to stop myself from buying a tray a week lol. I'll have to ask for more pepper sauce next time. Be back soon! If the suya gets cold, you can microwave it with a wet paper towel on top. Helps keep the moisture.
I haven’t had a variety of Suya; I’ve only tried it from 3 vendors. Here, they were very nice, let me try a fresh sample. They packed me cold suya, which I suppose is fine as I had a 45 min drive home. Sadly, I got home and the meat was very tough (whether eaten cold or zapped in the microwave for 5-10 seconds). My family was disappointed. Hope my experience was an outlier. Their hot sauce was amazing!
Best Suya ever. I just bought $100 Suya for snacks but we finished a tray in one night ???????????????????????????????????? too goood and the pepper is perfect not too spic
Very good food! I like spicy food the sauce they put on top of the meat was the perfect amount of spice! This was my first time trying this place and I will be returning
