Brooks moved our 72x16 Clayton home from Travelers rest to Sunset Sc this summer. They cut trees down and did light grading at both locations to get the job done. The trailer had practically no damage from the move and passed inspection.

Well they got out to my location first faster than the other guys I called can't say if the price is good or not cuz no one else has made it out here yet $700 to pick up and drop ...no tear down or set up

They transported and set up my single-wide mobile home on May 4, 2023. Within a few days, I noticed the home wasn't level. I called and texted them to come back and fix it. After several weeks they came back and the home was perfectly leveled from the front to back but not right to left. I noticed this the very first day so I put a four-foot level on my floor an it was an inch and a half out of level. Everyone that comes into my house mentions how unlevel it is (it's actually pretty embarrassing). I have been texting and calling them to come back and they keep promising they will. They will tell me a date, but each time the date comes and goes and they pull a no-show. I have been very polite and patient but I can't keep living in an unlevel house. I have been setting doors and cabinets and counters all on an unleveled house. I just want them to come fix it! I have many, many texts to substantiate my claim.

this mr brooks mads a deal with me and then begin to not talking or responding to me. i did some trading with him for the work he was supposed to do. he now owes me 4000 dollars and will not answer my calls. please think before you let this person do anything for you he is not a man of his word

They took my 1500.00. lied repeatedly told me they would do this and that. He stole my block and the downs. Put me off for a month. Never told me I needed a permit. Could have cost me allot in court fine. Was going to pull it but something always came up. Thank God it did. He has no licenses and have me someone else's name to get a permit. Went with Stanley Scruggs. Now that's a mover. They worked hard and did me justice.......

Dies not return calls. Say they'll do a job but don't reply.

These people agreed to move my son's mobile home from Laurens, SC to Pacolet, SC in which they did and also fix the roof on the outside where a tree fell on it along with hooking up the water and septic tank in which they did not. I have called them numerous times and they will not answer their phone along with their mail box being full so you cannot leave a message. I would not give them a good rating at all since they will not complete what they said they would do.

Charles Brooks came to my piece of land , in Anderson sc ., on December 19 , and he asked me $ 2, 700.00 to muve my mobile home, that is in Greenwood to Anderson. ( without seeing the mobile home place and condition. ) and to start I have to give him $1,350.00 (the halve of the money and the other half , when the mobile home be in my land) and because my not experience in this business, I gave that money that day . And until now, February 5 , he has not muve my mobile home. The always excuses is that: it was raining, and my land is wet. It had been a hole week that was not raining, but he doesn't muve my mobile home, and now he never answer the phone when me or my son call him. I really don't know what to do, because I'm a retired person living in a fix-incom. , ( 70 years old ) and I really need the money I gave to him, to muve my mobile home.
