Got two full sets of tires for my truck over the years from here, as well as tires for my second vehicle. Outstanding customer service, straightforward, and work done in a timely manner.
I’ve been to Brookhill Tire & Auto a few times and I have nothing but positive things to say.
The staff is very professional. Mike is the man! He’s always very kind, and funny, but he also knows his stuff! He has helped me out in a short notice and completed jobs in a timely manner. I will never go to anyone else for anything ever again!

Mike and the guys over at brookhill did an amazing job fixing my truck. Quick and right to the point of what the issue was. Communication was outstanding and overall my experience couldn’t have gone better. Will for sure be using them in the future and sending anyone i know to them as well. Top notch service. One of my tires kept losing air, and had to fill it weekly. Dropped it off bright and early Saturday morning and received a text that all was fixed within the hour and charged a fair price. Nice to have a reliable shop that is timely, communicative and well-priced.
What can I say about Mike and his staff! I’m honestly lost for words with this review. When I say they have gone above and beyond, it doesn’t even come close. I had an issues that was caused by an ex employee. Mike and his team made sure the issue was fixed and did right by the customer. The level of care and their dedication to do the right thing has restored my faith in humanity. If you want a lesson in customer service, come here, if you need tires, come here. Not only that were they cheaper then everyone else (including vs Tire rack). In fact, even if they were a bit more expensive, I’d still pay it to have the price of mind knowing they will be reasonable in take care of any issues that may arise.
Brookhill has been maintaining my personal and company vehicles for a while and everything is always done promptly and professionally. Mike and his team offer fair pricing and terrific service, 5 stars all around.
VERY PROFESSIONAL, Very nice and most important did not pressure me even though I needed two new tires I only got one and they did not pressure me. Very nice people easy to work with. I had no appointment walked right in and they took me right away, even though they were busy. Five star definitely. Highly recommend.
