Sadly, I just stumbled upon this place after coming to Sebring for the past 10yrs
This is a great little place that's kind of hidden, just like a diamond in the rough.
There's a lot of commonly known places in Sebring for example, Dees and Dimitri located downtown as well as Sandy's on 98 an Sebring diner on 27. This place is beyond words when compared to those places. In all phases.
I wouldn't trade Broken Egg Diner for either one of them, even if they were giving away free food.
The whole staff has beautiful smiles and make you feel very welcome.
I was served by Jen who I must say; up until today? I have never had such a phenomenal experience at any establishment. She is amazing. the level of service she provides is beyond your imagination.. Definitely stop by here to eat, if your looking for great food and service....

Serves breakfast and lunch only, and does both really well! Two kinds of BLT and both are delicious. Excellent fried okra and green beans. Alpine Chicken feature dish is delicious, but not on the regular menu - it should be! Burgers are good, too. We love their lunches, haven't tried breakfast yet.
Rather sparse in the way of decor but you can’t eat furniture. My food was good but service was off a tad. Too long for a coffee refill and when my breakfast came it was incomplete. I was told it would be up soon, which turned out to be nearly 5 minutes while my order sat in front of me getting cold. When it finally came it was delicious and the sausage gravy spot on. Home fries and English muffin were now lukewarm and not as enjoyable. Server was pleasant enough but they should have left the meal under a heat lamp until complete. #stevensleavin
Great green fried tomato BLT sandwhich!! I went back 2 days in a row to get that sandwhich! My husband got a great chicken dish that was on the board and not on the menu. They told us one can usually request that every day. GREAT STAFF!
Really enjoyed our family breakfast. Good old fashioned diner style experience. Great portions and reasonable prices. Will be back on our next visit to Sebring! Amanda did a fantastic job as our server.

Was recommended by a friend and I must say that we were not disappointed. I am a biscuits and gravy kinda guy and the homemade biscuits and gravy is on point!!! Misty was our server and has great personality and smile. Going back tomorrow before we head back to Naples.
Wow.. I didn't know what we were missing. Amazing food, exceptional service, super nice staff, and reasonable prices. They put other places to shame. Can't wait to go back!

A local favorite! No frills, but excellent service and delicious, large portions for a low price. Fluffy pancakes, not too heavy. One of the pancakes had a tiny part where it wasn’t cooked, but besides that, very delicious. Mugs were chipped and had logos on them, but everything was very clean. Definitely has a local diner feel, would recommend if you’re in town.
