Great place to go for Urgent care. The staff are very friendly, attentive & caring. The providers ( especially Dr Adrian) are top notch and really care about getting you the appropriate care. Always a great experience & this will forever be my choice for an Urgent Care!!
Bill the Nurse Practitioner was so kind and funny. He definitely made me feel heard, valued, and cared for. I am 9 weeks pregnant and have a cold, he made sure to explain why he didn’t want to give certain medications. I would recommend this clinic. I docked one star because the wait was really long and that was my only complaint.
The large woman with her hair on top of her head (at 11:15 am on 12-26-23) was VERY RUDE, in fact, mean, to me and my two sons after she had just been so nice to an older couple. She was incredibly ugly with her words and facial expressions including a snarl on her face when I gave her my insurance card. She looked like she had had a bad year. She was so awful that I left and called MedWise and received excellent treatment. This woman is NOT AT ALL MEANT TO BE IN A PUBLIC BUSINESS.
Absolute worst experience! I took my daughter in for a dog bite to her finger. She was absolutely terrified and all the doctor and MA could do was laugh at her and make fun of her. We will never go back.
An urgent care is always a tense place to be, but their staff makes it an easy experience. We’ve visited with a number of their staff with our family needing services more than once, and have always had great service with each. Comprehensive consultations, giving great guidance and feedback!
Always be realistic in that an urgent care is an unscheduled visit and there a number of people trying to use their services.

Very disorganized, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I see why they have a less than 3-star rating.
The receptionist insisted I take a 9am appointment time for my son, even after I said I have to drop my other kids at school at 9am. She told me it would be fine if I were a few minutes late. I was exactly 6 minutes late. She hands me a form to sign that states that patients cannot be more than 20 minutes late, which I thought was very sarcastic. She has my son and I sit for about 30 minutes waiting, only to inform me they are going to reschedule my son's appointment because we were "so late". There was nobody in the lobby at all. My son missed an hour of school for nothing. We won't be returning, there's no way for the clinic to make this right. But I thought people should know what they're in for if they choose this place.
Great place to go for medical care. The staff are caring and attentive. The providers are top notch and really care about getting you the appropriate care.
They refused care after we paid co-pay and waited for 40 minutes.
I have a teen that is a ward of the state. I am able to cover her with my private insurance as her legal guardian, but the state issues her Medicaid anyway. We have never had an issue using the private insurance, regardless of whether the office accepts soonercare, as we are putting the claim against my private insurance. We tried to get a covid test, and the office told us that they could not see her because she is covered by Medicaid, and that the private insurance did not matter because they were worried that they wouldn’t get paid. I offered to pay cash, and she advised that it was “a big bill”, $159, and shook her head when I offered to pay cash. I guess she decided it was too much for me to afford. Extremely disappointed in the way the office treated us.
