Did great work on my car . Staff is great.
Perry Brock is one of the most honest people you will ever meet. My insurance company is the worst.. word of advice DO NOT EVER USE PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE!! But I will never take my vehicles anywhere else! Brocks Collision is where you want to go if you ever need your vehicle repaired!! He is amazing!
Did insurance work on my vehicle. Very professional, gave me detailed information of what would be done and how, and the work itself was top quality. The panels that were replaced match the rest of the vehicle perfectly.
I really hate to even do this, but the overall look of my car after he repaid it from me hitting a deer is fine except my grill. It was not even damaged when I went in for a repair I receive my car back and they completely scratched it up (looks like it was drug on pavement), I asked him about it and he said that must’ve been something on his part that he would order me a new one to just come back on December 28 to come get the new one put on. Well I called a few days before to see if it was in and it was not. It is now May 26 we have called countless times and he has “ordered it” and is it on back order but we have not heard anything from him. He now will not return our calls.
The people there have been very friendly and helpful even when GM was on strike. They made sure the insurance company was paying for the rental and everything while we waited for the strike to end and they really go the extra mile to get the task done.
Perry and his crew really took care of us. Our insurance had us take pictures of the damage, and based on those pictures, underestimated the damage by 1/3. Perry worked with our insurance to get everything fixed, with no work on my part to convince the insurance company to pay up. The work was done well. Besides that, the vehicle was returned to us clean inside and out!
Staff is great very friendly and helpful. Did a great job on my vehicle.
This is the worst and slowest shop I have ever heard of or encountered iny life these dudes should not be allowed to do insurance work a month and a half to fix a fender? I highly doubt it so what's the deal to much dope?
