I took my car to this shop and the truth is I feel assaulted because they charged me for parts that I changed and I don't sue them because I don't have time for that and I have proof of the parts that I changed and they charged me for them but hey people Latinos , be careful in this workshop
Friendly front desk, but mechanics are not transparent with work being performed in addition to labor pricing ($115/hr). Initial visit had rear brake replacement price inflated from $400 to $880. Returned a few weeks later for a check on a rubbing noise in the same location as the brake replacement. Was charged $115 for removal of a splash plate that takes only requires removing a tire.
I always say if the management is good then the service will be good. The owner of this shop is amazing!!! He cares about his customers! Because, I’m a single mother ;therefore, I have to be careful. I had to get a transmission in my car that’s a big job. My brother-in- law wanted to go to get a second opinion but the owner assured me I was in good hands. He went above and beyond the services I needed. They even open the shop on their off day just so I could pick my car up. After the repairs were completed I need a minor adjustment and it wasn’t a problem.
I appreciate everyone that work on my car and made me feel welcome!

It was my incredible good fortune to find these gentlemen after having a tire go flat while working in the area. Seeing my predicament, they jumped me into the queue, repaired my tire and had me on the road in less than 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable! Thanks again, to the Brock Automotive team!

Stopped into the shop to get a tire patched, an oil change, and my tires rotated. I'll be bringing my car back next week for a complete brake job. These guys have always been my go to for automotive maintenance and repair.
Brought car in to get repaired, didn't fix the problem at all, but charged me for fixing something they thought was the problem, car still running they same way it was when I Brought it there
I called about repairs for my Son's truck, whoever I spoke didn't let me finish explaining they just cut me off and hung up
