CROOK, LIAR , SCAM ARTIST !!!! Negative 20 stars !!!!! Takes advantage of a widow and her 81 and 83 year old parents who hit a pothole on I-75 and have one flat tire and one on the verge. Sells us junk, as soon as they leave one tire is going flat. Says if we can make it to his shop he’ll fix it knowing we wouldn’t. Charges 475 dollars . Found out one was plugged with a 1/2” gash, that was again open. All I can say is there’s a special place for people like this, I feel sorry for people who feel big when they are stealing from the vulnerable. To your response Paul : Shame on you for blaming the victim. You are a so called business owner who does not , nor can not stand by their work. You are not a person or business owner that is a genuine hard worker who will deliver on their word and stand behind their work. You see an opportunity to take advantage of others and you take it and for that you seem to be really proud. Well I hope you live a happy life. Remember this word Karma.
No longer offer tire service! Told me I need to pull around to front when I arrived bc I had pulled to back bc that’s what I had done before. Told them I needed a tire and they replied “we don’t do tires anymore!” . When they clearly had used tires in back behind a partition.
After calling and talking to Paul just to get the run around and finding out that ez tires is the same guy. Was told 25 dollars a tire any sz any tire 25 flat rate and out the door. I waited 45 min. With no one showing up then lied to again about the address but all in all the last address he sent me to was central tires and they explained everything to me so shame on u Paul and u can go eat a bag of d!c$s!!!! And central tires will be getting my recommendation ty to the guys there but not u Paul anyways imma end my review here before I expose Paul for the pos he really is.
Took my car there to get the breaks replaced and afterwards I noticed that my car was having all sorts of issues. The car makes a strange vibration sound when I drive and the brakes seem kind of off when I hit the brakes.
If you call Paul will say 25$ a tire but he is lying to cause issues with the business because he no longer works there

After getting lied to and being sold the wrong tires twice for my car I pulled into Broadway Tires and immediately knew they cared about their customers. Paul listened to my rant about having trouble with getting the right tires and told me he’d get me what I needed and it was even in my price range. Very friendly staff and definitely care about their customers. I will definitely be back in the future for any car needs. Thank you guys!! :)
Can’t give enough praise to this local tire shop. I didn’t have a spare and was stranded on I-40 W headed to Texas. 7pm and no shops open, except this one. A couple shops were closing and were rude cause they were about to be off work, not these guys. They had my tire in stock, drove 15min to where I was on the side of the highway, took my tire off, drove back, mounted the new one and came back and installed it for me all within an hour. Great customer service, excellent professionalism and efficiency. ????????????????
