I would give 10 stars if I could! I just picked up my car from their shop today. I am extremely happy with the service done by Roz and his crew here at Broadway speed shop. I had auto body damage by the rear end of my car. Roz assessed it and said it needed a week and he was true to his word. I got off work late and they had already closed, I thought I couldn’t pick up anymore, but Roz made some adjustments and drove back to the shop to allow me to pick it up. My brother also had his car painted here and said he was also very satisfied with the paint job. Job well done! I will be going here for any other services in the future!
I’m a college student and I recommend all my friends go here. The owner looked over issues on my car with me, which as a young woman, was very helpful and made me feel heard. I was NOT worried he would gouge me on prices and was he was very polite. I always prefer small owned mechanics to take care of me and my 18 year old car, and this shop is no exception!
I stopped by today because my car was making a funny sound right away the guy I forget his name took care of me right away and I had to be at a certain place he drove me and as soon as I was done he told me my car was ready and he fixed it perfectly and told me exactly what it was, I was scared of what it could be but the guys there seem very loyal about there job they care to help there customers needs in whatever terms they can! Thank you guys so much!
Talked to the man in charge on Tuesday and he said he was busy and would call me Thursday around noon to let me know when I can bring my truck over. Never got a call Wednesday. Took it someplace else on Thursday. This would never have happened when Johnny owned the shop. Will never do business with this new clown.
I lived next door for a few years. The owner john has been very kind to an elderly neighbor for years. Hes been very helpful in the past. I always bring my vehicles here including my company vehicle and will continue to do so. They have one hell of a body shop. They do good work thats for sure.
Bought my daughter's first car here. Engine leaked oil then seized up which the model we bought was known for. Had known the shop owner for 40 years and still had to spend lots more money on a new engine that ended up doing the same thing. Avoid this place at all costs!
My experience @ Broadway Speed was amazing. I will buy all my cars from them from now on. They very helpful and explain everything to me everytime I ask an question. They are honest with you and will not sugar coat nothing. Love it, keep it up JOHN
I used to come here to buy "upcycled" cars from John. Well, he sold the place, but I figured I'd give it a try. I walked in, same time as a parts delivery guy. The owner attended to the parts guy, and totally ignored us. He went back to the shop and, seeing us behind the counter, put on his welding helmet and went back to work. Bye, dude. No reason for me to stop in, ever again.
