This store is over price especially with wigs. I brought a wig from there which was 200 but with the 20% discount it was 160.00. I then go on line to fine the wig for 100 dollars. I go here and buy hair products. I buy hair gel that says 24.99 then walk away see a sales person over there after I was. I go back to the gel the price change to 29.99. I wouldn't shop here plus the black women whn ask a question they don't know then why are you working here.

The customer service is horrible. They don’t know how to talk to people, and their exchange policy is not true and return policy. I will not be spending any of my money at this place. Be careful!!!!????

I had a nice experience. People were courteous and the cashier was kind and considerate. I think they would do even better if someone was instantly on the floor to help navigate hair products. I'd definitely recommend them as the place to go for hair products.

Associate was very helpful and pleasant. Found some good deals and neatly in order.

Very nice selection of all types of wigs. Ofcoarse they are expensive for real hair wigs, but they run alot of sales to make them a more affordable price. My only one complaint is when I needed help I could not understand what the worker's were saying they speak very little English, but id go back if you need a wig I would go here.

I live in Flint and the wig selection for older working business class women is lacking. I came here and there were dozens of wigs that I could choose from that made me look and feel classy. Thanks Broadway wigs. You were worth the trip and I will be back.
