Friendly employees, I had a theft on my vehicle witch incompasicated it from starting. They required an up front deposit to do the work. First replacement part was faulty and had to order a second. After replacing again they found a secondary issue caused by the attempted theft. And got me back up and driving a few weeks later. If it wasn't for the amount of down time I was without my vehicle I would have given five stars.
I've been with my mechanic since 2005. He's always taken great care of my mechanical problems. He has a great team, very attentive and informative, and they get the job done. I never have the same problem twice.
Be aware with who you speak with there. The customer service there sucks. One guy who attended us acted as if he didn't want to be there to help us. Nasty attitude. Plus the guy lied. (no stars)
Very unprofessional they try to rip people off with high repair prices I went to another place they charged me $400 less for same job. Plus they want $90 just to tell you the problem of the car.
Called in 30 min prior to get a NJ inspection. They were very welcoming and did the inspection along with plate replacement within an hour!

PLease do not go there unless you just have money you want to waste. This guy sold me four tires of which I had to replace three in less than 90 days!
Now he says to me that it is all my fault for pot hole damage.
Funny thing, the tires I bought to replace his (not from him) have shown no problems.
His tires got bubbles, little ones that continued to grow.
He was so cavalier, Mr. Ivan, about the damage. He did not listen when I said that this is so unusual in my 3 plus decades of driving. He did not even suggest any discount on my buying my own tires and having him install them.
That was my first instinct. Let me get four new tires.
BUT I AM NOT MADE OF MONEY.
So now I have 1/4 of my original purchase with this crew. Then I have two new tires and one used.
I have ALWAYS bought four new tires every four years for the sake of safety. ALWAYS.
Also, within the first week I felt that one of the tires (which turned out to be the first whose sidewall got messed up) was low and leaking air.
A mechanic there, older gentleman, refused to check it because the WARNING light was not lighted.
WHO refuses to check air pressure? Never in my life has that happened.
THIS PLACE IS RUDE AS WELL AS RUTHLESSLY BAD.
If I can save you the heart ache. I am happy.
Fingers crossed on that last tire. Though I will not be surprised and I will return to update should it go the way of it's mates.
I went here because of the four star review. Hopefully my weighing in will bring some reality to this.
THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST FOR ME> the worst.
