I was loc’d for about 3 years before I did the big chop and this is the first hair shop I stumbled upon while I was thinking about doing something different. My first time she took me on very such notice, shop was very clean, snacks provided, music.. overall good vibe & my lemonade braids was FYE, so I decided to come back again. My second time was also short notice but she squeezed me in for the day and when I tell you she showed ouuut ! I knew I was coming back after the first time, but my twiiiist left her with a new loyal customer. She’s so sweet, takes her time and has a beautiful atmosphere. You can’t really beat that and the prices are on point! You will definitely walk out feeling like a different person. Call in advance and see if she’s available or make an appointment so you can secure your spot. Hands down best service I’ve had when it comes to braiding shops.

1-20-24, today I had my hair braided by Bema. This is a comfortable shop with pleasant people working. I was extremely happy with my braids and the time frame. Yes I recommend these ladies if you want a braid style.

First time customer here, will be returning. Both women here are so sweet and professional. The shop itself is clean (including the bathroom which is hard to come by nowadays) and they provide complementary drinks and snacks. Throughout my whole service the woman doing my hair made sure I was okay and liked my hairstyle. Upon payment she says something along the lines of “May God Bless You.” For any inquiries, you can always call the number or text them as well with pictures to make sure they provide the exact service you’re looking for.
Anytime someone want braids I recommend them to this shop , I drive 2 plus hours !! Just to get my hair done . The shop is soo warming you feel as if you’re at home .

My first experience in June was good. This is why I decided to go back. The place was clean and the people were nice. I just returned on a Friday before Labor Day. She was running behind so I got something to eat and I waited. My 2nd experience was the worst!!! My box braids were too tight and I told her that. The owner said they would loosen up; they didn’t. My scalp when I got home was on fire!! I called her Saturday but she couldn’t see me until Sunday Morning. I took my hair down night. I couldn’t take it!! I thought she would give me my money back, No Ma’am. She said if you come back, I’ll give you a discount. I won’t be back.
