Was at the beach trying to cop a little sun. Water was still a little too cold to wanna swim, and so we went for a stroll after we had enough persecution from the sun. Stopped in to this joint to grab a drink. It was Taco Tuesday, and so we thought we should grab a taco each. We got a couple Ahi Tuna tacos and a Boom Boom Shrimp taco. Delicious! Went well with the Margarita and the beers. Great place, def will have to go back and try the wings!
I enjoyed the vibe, the music was great, I sat outdoors and ordered the salmon, it was delicious.. I especially enjoyed the vegetables!
It's a great spot if you want something close to the beach!!

From the service to the food, this was a nice visit. Autumn handled our table as well as many others with ease and friendliness. The wine and boomer shrimp were both yummy and a perfect little app to share. Great atmosphere too. I would definitely recommend this place.
Great Place to watch football, have a beer with friends or colleagues. Also the daily food special is very good.

I've eaten at the Brix Taphouse a few times since moving to Jacksonville. I haven't had a bad experience. The boom boom shrimp, patty melt, wings and health nut salad add chicken were great and will definitely get again. The service has been great as well. Mariel was very informative, fast and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable especially with me being new to the area. Great job!! Keep it up!
Food was amazing, however it can take a long while for a waitress to take your order. The blackened chicked Alfredo is not the typical spice level I like, but still really good and I would get it again.
Enjoyed a Saturday morning brunch with friends in the outdoor seating area. I had the Kathy's Breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. The eggs tasted great and the bacon was just the right crispy. Friends had the Chicken Biscuit and Breakfast Tacos and reported they were also great. It was a hot day, but there are umbrellas and enough shade to make eating in the fresh air comfortable. The staff was great and attentive, they got right to our order and we were served quickly.
After a fun day at the beach, my family and I were hungry. We decided to eat at Brix Taphouse. First off, the place was packed, so we sat on the patio, which had fans. Brittany waited on our table, and she is the sweetest, personal person ever. She was very attentive to our table, down to earth and just all around amazing. Our food was delicious, we started with the nachos and it was huge and delicious. The blackened chicken Alfredo was so good, it was seasoned, and it had a bit of sweetness to the dish, and it comes with bread. The chicken sandwich was tasty, juicy (not dry), and seasoned. The mahi mahi sandwich was a hit with my family. The rum infused cake was my favorite dessert, the New York Cheesecake was good. The chocolate cake was mouthwatering and very moist.
Overall my family and I enjoyed ourselves at the Brix Taphouse.
