AFTER 4 WEEKS OF TRYING TO GET THEM TO GIVE ME MY WINDOWS ESTIMATE - I ACTUALLY GOT NOBODY TO TO ANSWER THE PHONE NOR RESPOND TO MY VOICEMAILS... 7 PHONE CALLS AND NOTHING... WHEN A CUSTOMER IS WILLING TO SPEND CASH TO BUY - YOU RESPOND...MY GUESS IS THAT MY JOB IS TOO SMALL FOR THEIR NEEDS AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO RESPOND TO THE SMALL HOMEOWNER... DISGUSTED...

Had to have my shower door adjusted. Called got a return call by the end of the day and was here the following morning for the adjustment.very efficient and professional would highly recommend this company to anyone.
There the worst glass company around. Paid to have a frameless shower door installed. The shower doors aren’t aligned and can’t get them out to fix it. Been calling since July and no call back. Call today and there number is disconnected. I don’t even want to rate them, that’s how bad they are.
Wish I could give them a 1/2 star....Cant get them on the phone,. Have left 3 voicemail...none have ever been returned. Not sure on the work, as I cant seem to get my mirror back.
They are never there at the store front, and never answer the phone. Extremely irritated.
I loved it. I called and told them what size of glass I needed. They called me back and told me the glass was all set. I picked it up and the price was exactly what I needed. Not too expensive at all.

Been there twice...both times being told my part was in..... Was actually called and told to come in and when I get there...No one is there. Not to mention you Never talk to a real person when you call you always have to leave a message and hope someone calls you back in a timely manner. Either they need to hire more workers...or more reliable workers.
I've called 3 times and can't get anyone to pick up the phone. Can't comment on quality of service because they are impossible to reach.
Quick and reliable service fair pricing, got my Anderson crank out window glass replaced.
