We had an excellent experience with Bristol Limousine. From my first contact with John and Libby I was impressed with their professionalism and the ease of planning our event. The follow up phone calls and emails were appreciated. Our driver, Diane, was excellent and professional. we appreciated her putting up with us!! The complimentary champagne to celebrate my husbands birthday was a very nice touch!

It is such a pleasure working with Bristol Coach & Limousine!! They are a professional yet friendly team who truly treat you like a valued customer. Their drivers always provide a comfortable ride and pleasant conversation. After a long day of travel, I look forward to my drive home. Each driver I have had is so pleasant. Not only are the drivers great, but the office is a pleasure to deal with and always helpful and understanding with last minute changes.

The driver was TOP NOTCH! The customer service from the folks that answered the phone was horrible and the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ll explain.
I rented black car service to and from a concert in Boston. Paid $640 total for both rides. About 15 mins into the ride to the concert I asked the driver how will I find him after the show. Mind you, I am not in the livery business nor do I have a need for that serviced often but decided to spurge. The driver said he wouldn’t be the one picking me up. I guess I made a bad assumption and I had brought a small soft cooler for some refreshments for the ride into the concert. Driver suggested all I need to do is call the office and request him as the return driver. Seems simple enough.
I called and was told there is nothing they can do to ensure the same driver and I shouldn’t have brought any personal items to be left in the car. To which I asked why. The lady I was speaking with began to get angry and told me I had no right to bring a cooler and I should have known. How would I know? I read my contract and nothing in there said I couldn’t bring and leave stuff in the car. To which they said there was nothing in the contract that said I could bring stuff. See where this is going?
I spent $640 for two rides and I’m dealing with this ignorance and aggressive attitude towards me. Not worth it. At one point I asked to speak with someone else. The guy said his name is Whyfacker. He said under no circumstances can I leave the cooler in the car. I said I have no other choice. His response, we will just leave it on the side of the road somewhere. He was serious. WOW! Customer services extraordinaire! Totally worthy of your business, right???
This company cannot get a lower score in my opinion. I suggested they should tell customers the rules, what to expect, and what I can and cannot do. There was none of that discussed while I was booking both rides. It’s simple, they need to simply set expectations. Then work with the customer who is spending a lot of money with them. Figure out a solution rather than cop attitude and tell me they were going to carelessly discard my property roadside.
I will say, throughout this entire scenario, the driver was amazing. He was willing to keep the cooler in his vehicle and offered to drop it off afterwards. Now that is customer service!
The number you call and the people you speak with (Whyfacker) at Bristol Coach & Limousine could learn much from this gentleman.
I suggest not using this outfit, ever. They are unprofessional and unwilling to assist.
Bristol Coach took my son & friends to his prom. I think the rate was reasonable compared to other companies I looked at. But what really made the decision for me was: I believed they would keep our kids safe. The way Libby explained things to me, it was clear they knew what they were doing, they spoke from experience, and everything was done with safety in mind. Our driver, Emmett, was very nice and professional. So for you parents out there, I definitely recommend Bristol Coach.

John and Libby's extremely timely and clear communications throughout the entire planning process were helpful -- especially with so many moving parts and logistics. We have used Bristol Coach & Limousine for all of our airport and cruise transportation for many years. They are unfailingly polite, friendly and always arrive on time (usually early) which alleviates all those pre-travel jitters. We know that on our return trip Libby is totally on the job if there are delays or other issues she is aware and makes any needed adjustments. They are always our first call after we book a trip and we refer them to friends and family without hesitation.
I have been using Bristol Coach for many years, mainly to take me to & from Logan Airport for business travel. Libby is great with the details..she's also a good communicator. Rick the driver is a very nice man and always provides a good and safe ride. One time I forgot my mobile phone in the back seat after a trip back to my home, and Rick was kind enough to bring my phone right to me after dropping me off at my home.
I hired Bristol Coach to take my wife and I to Logan for a trip and to pick us up when we returned. The entire process was quick and easy and everyone we spoke to from booking the service to the drivers were friendly and courteous. The drivers kept us talking the entire ride and it made the time fly by. Excellent service, I highly recommend Bristol Coach.
