Best WLM Reviews
Best restaurant we’ve ever been to hands down!! We celebrated my birthday here and our server was friendly and super welcoming!! If you visit here definitely request Jeremey as your server!! Can’t say enough amazing stuff about this place!!
It was OK but not spectacular. For hitting the $50+ per person for my date lunch with the wife it was not up to snuff.
The Ceasar salad was mid-grade (not bad but I likely wouldn't seek it out again).
The latte was pretty good - a bit of a surprise tbh.
The margarita Flatbread had mixed reviews - I liked it enough but my wife said she didn't enjoy it.
The mushroom soup (of the day) was decent but not as good as I remember it.
The main courses were alright but again not spectacular.
We didn't get any alcohol and I only had 1 latte plus waters so the $100+ for the bill (including tip) seems too high.
We had wonderful food and service at the Easton location. Ed was excellent with his suggestions and humor. It was a special day and he made it fun. The food was very tasty and prepared well. Presentation and the dining room were perfect. It's going to be our new visitor's spot to bring our out of towners to kick off their stay in Columbus.
Service was really slow and took 20 minutes just to get drinks because the servers didn't know who was on what table which was annoying for an expensive meal. I had the Ravioli DI Bello which was tasty and got a slice of melted Tiramisu which had good flavor but it was a really messy plate. It had been a long time since I had been at the Easton location and for the money there's way better fare in the area so I probably won't return anytime soon
I went with my kids to have late lunch. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. It's a little pricey but worth every penny.
I experienced a significant decline in the overall quality of my visit to Brio. Not only was the food unsatisfactory, but the cleanliness of the establishment was subpar. Dust was noticeable on the walls, pillars, and fabric hanging from the ceiling. Additionally, the seating had visible rips covered with tape. Despite being in a central location and generating substantial revenue, the upkeep of the place seemed lacking. Regarding the food, my ordered salad with medium to well-done steak arrived with the steak cold and pink. The pizza my husband ordered had cold cheese, suggesting it had been sitting out for an extended period. The calamari lacked sufficient marinara, and the little sauce present was freezer cold, resulting in rubbery calamari. The service was also lacking, with the waitress being untimely in her visits to our table. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
The place itself is GORGEOUS. But it’s highly packed, if you are a bigger person you better hope they have a table because the booths are not made for bigger people at all. The calamari tasted like it was from frozen, Olive Garden does it better. My pasta was decent but the chicken on it was rubbery. The food is not bad but definitely not worth the price here.
Grilled Salmon Fresca was delish! Cooked perfectly (hate over cooked salmon), with tons of fresh veggies and tomatoes. Balsamic drizzle made the dish pop. Chris S. provided great service, late on a Sunday evening when he could have ‘checked out’. Thanks Chris!
