Had a lovely dinner with friends, our 1st time at Brio Italian Grille. Chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes & asparagus, was good, but, could have been warmer when served. Chicken Milanese was also good, but also not hot enough. Salads & pasta dish very good. The sour dough Bread was crusty & served with butter, delicious!
On to dessert...My cheesecake was served upside down, a bit watery, as if it had been frozen & defrosted, for me, this dessert was a miss. Our waitress was great, enthusiastic & friendly. Overall seeing our friends & catching up, made it a fun experience in the end. ????????
Brio Italian Grille in Freehold is a culinary gem that consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience. From the moment you step in, the warm ambience sets the stage for an unforgettable meal. The restaurant exudes a welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place for a delightful evening.
The menu is a celebration of Italian flavors, and each dish is a masterpiece in itself. One standout that deserves special mention is the Truffle Garlic Toast with Ricotta. The combination of truffle-infused goodness and creamy ricotta creates a burst of flavors that is nothing short of sensational. It's a must-try that leaves a lasting impression.
The Flatbread is another culinary delight that showcases the chef's mastery. The perfect balance of crispiness and toppings creates a symphony of textures and tastes. It's a great choice for sharing or indulging on your own.
For those looking for a pasta dish that stands out, the Gorgonzola Cream Campanelle without chicken is a winner. The velvety Gorgonzola cream sauce elevates the dish to a level of indulgence that is hard to resist. Even without the chicken, the flavors are rich and satisfying.
What truly sets Brio Italian Grille apart is not just the delectable food but also the impeccable service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless dining experience. Attentive and friendly, they contribute to the overall positive vibe of the restaurant.

Ambience is great for either gathering with friends or family, staff is attentive and friendly, good portion is ample and satisfying.
Grayson, our server was an incredibly pleasant, helpful and attentive young man. We appreciated his service from the moment we were seated. He addressed any questions we had and looked into our dietary concerns. I wish him immense success and bright and beautifully future ahead.
This was my first time at Brio and our server Christine was absolutely amazing! She had great recommendations and a lively personality. So glad we decided to stop in and we’ll definitely be back!!
We've been here twice. Loved it each time. Happy hour is 3 to 7 and there is a separate menu for it. Wine, beer, cocktails and starters are a nice selection. Don't let the word "starter" fool you. The Brio burger (with fingerling potatoes that are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside!) is fantastic and large enough for a meal. Great prices too! Last but not least the staff is super friendly and welcoming with answers and suggestions pertaining to this pleasant surprise for a chain restaurant.
The worst pick up order. Order 3 entrees and enough to feed one person. And the order was wrong. Steak salad was missing the steak
Worst experience on pick up orders. Lost my business
We dined at Brio in Freehold NJ on Mother’s Day. The restaurant was hopping! The food was delicious and our server, Christine S, was the best! She was professional, yet friendly; attentive and efficient; and just an overall pleasure! We will definitely go back again and request Christine as our server!!
