Always a 5-star experience at Brink's! Really great ice cream - their mint chocolate chip hard scoop is excellent, with little flakes of chocolate. Reminds me so much of the Baskin Robbins I used to enjoy as a kid. My husband loves that they offer York Peppermint Patties as a mix-in, no one else really does that! Delicious menu items, too. Their fries are amazing, and their chicken fingers are more like whole breaded chicken breast - big enough to put between bread and eat like a sandwich.
We live just up the street from two similar ice cream storefronts but will happily drive 8 miles in the opposite direction to get our Brink's fix. We love it here and wish we lived closed enough to walk!!!!!!!
good food but actually terrible service. workers sit and do nothing on their phones while we were waiting for food. literally the place was near empty because they were closing soon but still took over 10 minutes for fries. one worker was talking to 2 customers and doing nothing. insane service and i didn’t see one person who looked to be over the age of 18.
Visited for the first time just this past weekend. Adorable place with a lot of options. My (hard scoop vanilla) strawberry shortcake sundae was absolutely delicious and my husband said his hot fudge strawberry soft serve sundae was equally delicious. I feel price, portion, and value were standard or even a bit better than our comparable small town ice cream shop options.
I’m Really Disappointed as we come to Brinks to Get Ice Cream at least 3-4 times a Week . And The last 2 Weeks We’ve been Served Ice Milk What a Disaster All in my car , clothing , ETC called to talk to the Manager Girl about AGAIN it She Said there’s Nothing she can do about it , it’s Because of the Weather. Ummm Excuse Me Please Call and Have Somebody Fix your Equipment we won’t come back until this is Straightened out ????????looks like I’ll Be Spending MY Money ELSEWHERE ????????
I love this ice cream shop. Always treat their customers right. Best ice cream in my opinion. Haven't been there in a years. I am definitely going again before summer ends.
A fun location with a super cute theme! Staff was attentive and helpful. Building was clean and well taken care of! Diner like on the inside with a vast menu to choose from. Outdoor seating available in a tiny, but cute 'courtyard'. Very unique. If I am in town again I will be back! Highly recommend!
Came for western week. We used to live in the area and used to come ALL the time for ice cream!! I was extremely disappointed with how absolutely RUDE and annoyed the staff was! I understand that they were busy but it was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate to be that rude to paying customers!! What a shame! I can’t say we will be back or recommend people going! Sad…
Our "go to" for ice cream. Excellent ice cream (recommend a Cyclone ... choose your flavor). Family atmosphere. Nice people.
