If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Only parked here because it was near Abacus bank. My dad had mobility issue and needed to close an account. Parked my car there and when it was time to leave they had more cars parked there blocking my vehicle. Lady who collects money was of no help cause she speaks Chinese Mandarin only and was frustrated cause my car was blocked by another vehicle backing up. They had cars parked up against the wall near the entrance of the parking lot. Only had about an inch to 2 inches of space. Was close to ripping another hole at the frustrated lady until her friend (male) guided me out of the way without me scraping my car or denting it. Took nearly 10 mins to finally get my car out of the tight spot and took off. Never again will I park there. I rather park at the parking lot near the day care center not too far from there and the attendant who works there is much friendlier.
The sign beckons you in with $10 special but when you say you are going to park from 11:30am to 6 it is $25 oh wait, $30...love price by fly Chinatown rate. I should have started to back out to see if the rate changed...even with the flower show going on they had lots of room so bet if I had shopped a better rate could have been found but it was close to Dim Sum.
Be careful on the time on your ticket. They on purpose write down wrong time. I got in at 12:57 pm but they marked time at 11:57am. I parked for 1hour 20 mins. In fact they charged me for 2 hours 20 min. They try to cheat everybody
price is very good, why look for street parking for that price which will take you forever. this is my go to parking when coming down to chinatown.
I always park here, but the prices are getting way too high.
