I bought a Chevy Equinox at a fair price and was very happy with everything, plus they included a limited warranty for the engine/transmission. About a month or so later, there was a small problem with the vehicle but the owner of the garage took care of it right away and really stood behind making sure the vehicle was good to go and we were happy. It's always a gamble buying a used vehicle (and sometimes a new one?) but I've been happy with my experience at the Bridge.

I used to like this garage cause when I needed work done on my truck, it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Currently my truck has been here for over a week now and they still haven't looked at my only vehicle. I can't get to work, the store, I can't get anywhere. It should matter whether or not I'm friends with the mechanic. Vehicles should be seen in a reasonable timely manner. If their worried or not if I have the money to pay the bill, I do. I'm not happy with this garage, I wouldn't recommend going here.

Let me start off by saying I wouldn't even give it one star. This place is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! They make deals they don't follow through on!!!! They take your money for parts for a car your supposed to buy off them and have installed as per buying agreement and then DON'T reimburse you for the part that you have a receipt for!!!! I also had fraudulent charges on my debit card within 24 hours of giving employee (Terry) my card number to purchase part!!!! In addition to that they don't return your phone call, they change their Google voice number and avoid you at all costs An employee uses and sell drugs on the premises and high when working on vehicles. I have attached pictures of my receipt for the part and the information for the notary where I was supposed to transfer the title which was written by Eddie. I know that they're going to get on this review and slander me but I have screenshots that prove the disrespect and unprofessional manner in which they handled this situation. As for any good reviews they have on here they're fake they were posted by friends of the employee , Hilary D and Janis K are friends with one of the mechanics and also buy or use drugs in that establishment. . MY ADVICE IS STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE THAT GOES FOR THEIR TOWING THEIR AUTO REPAIR THERE U-HAUL RENTALS ALL OF IT

If this woman named Sam would stop going there and bothering the mechanic service would be awesome .

New owner, former employee, great guy. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, reasonable costs and excellent service. Repairs, inspection & emissions, simple to extreme service. Been going there about 4 years and will recommend.

Prepaid for agreed upon repairs, repairs never completed as promised, never received an itemized bill when asked for several times, no response to messages.

I've been having my car done for over 2yrs with them. They are professional and very kind. Fair priced and very hard working. I had an issue with my car and Jordan and Terry went above and beyond to get it done. Terry takes great pride and care doing the job, right. They are people you can trust. Thank you!

I needed an emergency tire repair. I stopped in, explained the situation and 20 minutes later I left with my fixed tire. The price was great and I was treated with respect. I think I found my new mechanic!!!
