DOT needs to adjust and update Greater Transit of Bridgeport and payments/fares. Tax dollars arent being proficient to ensure many does not get stranded. Fares should remain free rides until policy's change method of fares. Tax dollars should have increased devices used on city buses and coach busses of Bridgeport. Its very Inconvenient and to many people with Disabilities have to be forced for fare cash payment if not enrolled or being short of cash for consumers. There needs to be revision made on standards fare.
They should let you pay with your phone like CT Transit.

I work for Amazon in stratford ct, and I was was waiting for the 10 at 629pm and the bus never showed up on 11/18/2020. The bus coming from the station came and told me that the bus was gonna come and I had to wait and got off the bus. It was 30 degrees. The bus never showed, two gbt trucks came and I flagged one down and as im approaching the truck to get some help, as I walked up towards the truck as the driver can see he pulls off, I was left in the cold waiting for a bus that never showed up and left on the side of the road at the busses with no help. I Intend on making complaints against all drivers and calling the city and seeking an explanation for lack of service and denial of help, being left at the busses in the cold unable to get home to my autistic child who was at home waiting for me to. come home from work being a single mother. Highly distraught and upset about the treatment from GBT.
Bridgeport bus station is my 1st favorite bus station in the state of CT it has a waiting area ticket booths for gbt and grayhound, fm radio is playing like in a grocery store and real time bus schedule information
Surrounded very clean. Very early morning is the best. So beautiful
Service is great and has bus traker which keeps me from guessing
Sat sun schedule sucks no more benches city is the pits no real breaks drivers rude
