Laura & team really have the whole “hospitality” thing down. From start to finish, our service was fantastic and the meal was delicious in every way! The garlic noodles with the steak were so amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection and the noodles had such amazing flavor. The noodles normally come spicy but we opted to put the “spice” on the side and they were supper accommodating. We also got the veggie pancake which is amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME. So so so good. All of the flavors at Bricolage are fresh and really wow the taste buds. We will be back :)
I had my birthday dinner for 9 people at Bricolage yesterday and it was absolutely fabulous! Miro was so patient and accommodating working with me on the prefix menu that was so delicious!! Definitely get the duck and Tamarid ribs! Though every dish will have you drooling and that goes for drinks as well!!!
The service was amazing. The duck was delicious. The cocktails were also great. I was not a fan of the cheesecake. Everything was excellent (except the cheesecake) but pricey.
We came for our anniversary and sat in the back patio, which had a funky kitschy vibe, kind of like an upscale Alice in Wonderland/mad hatter space. We had the papaya salad, which was refreshing, spicy and a little sour, and pork belly buns to start. The buns were hands down the best things we ate, but all the food was incredible. We also had the pho bo and green curry lamb shank, both perfectly cooked. To make the night even better, everyone working there was incredibly nice and attentive. For me, this restaurant sets the standard for a perfect dining experience.
Came for brunch and the unshaking beef bowl was so good!! The pho ga had a good amount of protein, but overall the fried shallot flavor was too overwhelming for the broth (could use some more herbs and less shallots to bring out the chicken flavor more). Lamb buns were pretty good but very saucy. Overall very tasty and would come back and stick to ordering more of the fusion dishes rather than the traditional Vietnamese ones. Vietnamese coffee was very smoky/dark if that’s your thing!
We have been coming to this amazing restaurant for over 5 years. The staff, the food the ambiance have been amazing always. Kind, caring and simply attentive to every aspect. With my Gluten and Dairy allergy, Bricolage ALWAYS makes me feel at home.
Everything about this restaurant is simply superb! I have been to Bricolage multiple times because of their yummy food, the excellent service and their authentic ambiance. Everything in their menu is delicious, but the Coconut Green Curry Lamb Shank is to die for. It's so well marinated but not overly spicy, just makes it a super balanced dish. Their service is on point, I recently went with a large group, everyone got their food and drinks without any wait, even though the restaurant was full. I can't wait for the next time I go to Bricolage!
Great ambiance. The food came in a timely fashion, and everything was good.
Special mention to the Maple Glazed Duck Breast and the Lemongrass Grilled Pork Chop. Oh, also, the Matcha Painkiller was a great drink.
The portion sizes are good to share. For a party of five, we ordered two appetizers and four main courses and ended up pretty satisfied, without room for dessert.
