First time dining in and wasn't very impressed, sadly. The sirloin maybe not seasoned? Idk, nothing tasted seasoned to be honest...
However, 1 other time i had picked up wings- and they were fire. So maybe steak isn't the best thing to get?
Soooooo Good, we started with the Pretzel bites then my wife had the beef brisket dinner and I the smoked pulled pork dinner. Amazing. The cornbread, sweet and soft. Green beans with mushrooms and onions were perfect, and the Mashed Potatoes holy wow. Skins an all. Phenomenal food. Down home style restaurant. Super friendly staff.
The service was friendly. The food was pretty good, however the Cole Slaw was pretty rough. The red cabbage was almost clear. I ate there on a Wednesday and they're closed Monday & Tuesday so it was a little aged. The rest of the food was great. The turkey was far better than we expected. The pulled pork was tender and juicy.
Delicious food. Huge portions! We split the pork quesadilla for an appetizer. It was perfect. Monte Cristo was very filling and tasty. My bf had a special burger called The Jaws. It was enormous but he loved it. Quaint little place with a lot of love put into their food with obviously hand prepared fixings and sides. Fries were crispy. The meats were all flavorful and seasoned perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely don't miss your chance to try this place out!
Cold baked potatoes so it was substituted for loaded mashed potato that was the nastiness I have ever experienced at a restaurant. They took a $1.99 off our bill. Manager never visited us after our complaint.
Drove by here a few times always saying let's go here one time for lunch or dinner or whatever. Well, finally got around to it, and glad we did! This place was fantastic. Food was amazing! Great price for everything you get! We had the pulled pork nachos which were so tasty! I had the smoked sausage for dinner which was nice, it had a bite, the tangy gold sauce paired with it makes it so good. The steak my brother Inlaw got was huge! My wife got the smoked ham, everything was up to par and beyond. Will definitely come back here. Thanks for the great food! And great atmosphere.
Delicious food! Our appetizer platter was fantastic! The fried mushrooms were delicious! We actually went twice in one week.. the service was also good! It was quite busy too .lots of people getting take out and coming in..
The wings are truly amazing. Wonderful smokey flavor, and perfectly fried for extra crispy skin the rub they us is also delicious so no need for sauce though I got buffalo sauce in the side. Fries were really good as well.
