Best WLM Reviews
Great food with wide range of menu selection. I love their waffle chips. I also ordered a clam soup but maybe not a season, clams are tiny and not worth the money. Food quality wise is good with huge portion as per Alaska's standard
We stopped in for dinner tonight. The restaurant is full and lively! Out server, Zach, was friendly & attentive. Everything came out quickly. My family ordered the sampler for appetizers. For our meals we ordered the Alaskan Wicked burgers, Halibut sandwich & Halibut 5-piece. It was all delicious!
This place was probably the best place we ate at in Fairbanks. The food was so tasty. Cheese curds and potatoe skins were delicious. Our burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted exceptional. Everyone was very friendly.
The service is very fast. Our waitress was friendly and outgoing. The halibut & chips was delicious. Rhubarb pie is made in-house. Very good dining experience.
Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. Food came out quick and was delicious. The Caesar salad was huge, perfect amount of dressing, and the lettuce was fresh. The popcorn shrimp breading had a really good Cajun flavor and the cocktail sauce was amazing. The Reuben was very good, a little too much sauce so it got soggy quick. The jalapeño burger had a great bite and the waffle fries were very tasty. We’ll definitely be back.
Like the warmth of a lantern in the night beckoning weary travelers near, Brewsters pulls the local Fairbanks crowd in for a bustling local scene, tempting patrons with classic American-style eats and bar-like atmosphere. I especially am a fan of their appetizers, such as the quesadillas and cheese curds. Brewsters is one of my favorites, and could be yours too!
Everything here was great! The burgers were delicious. Our waiter was friendly. The atmosphere was great. We didn’t go here expecting them to knock it out of the park but they sure did! Hidden gem for sure!
We were in Fairbanks to goof off and relax for a few days. We got there on a Sunday afternoon and after doing some tourist things, started looking for a place to eat. We wanted something local and not a big chain restaurant. Wow, seemed that everything we looked at was closed. Finally settled on Silver Gulch Brewing Co. We left after only a drink. They were out of everything!! We then went to Brewsters. So happy we did!! We got a friendly greeting and we're seated promptly although they were very busy. The service was great, food was hot and fresh and portions were large. Atmosphere was great - that of a diner. I highly recommend Brewsters if you are visiting Fairbanks.
