I have had several vehicles go to them and have not found a better place for price and service. Always very responsive when other issues are found aside from the issue I indicated was wrong. They have always given me the best option for repair at the best possible price.
If you live in Finneytown, you really shouldn’t be taking your car anywhere else. Super friendly family business, extremely knowledgeable, doesn’t try to rip you off for things you don’t need. Truly honest mechanic and good prices. Have gone here for years. Almost always have to book in advance because it’s a small business and everyone that has used them won’t go anywhere else.
Been there twice and both times they were the best price around. I drop my car off the night before and they call me when it is ready the next day. SO far I am very happy with the staff, quality of work, and price!
My wife brought her car in for a 60K checkup and an oil change. She told them about a shake when breaking on the highway and that she thought it might be the brakes. They checked the pads and test drove the vehicle. Afterwards, they said that there was a slight shake but it was not concerning and they do not recommend the expense of changing the rotors or pads at this time as they are >50%. Kudos.
P.S. I have had several great experiences in the past with Brentwood. This one was just the most recent.
I received a referral off of Next Door Finnytown. I called to schedule a diagnostic and the gentleman I spoke with was easy going, nice and professional. I will definitely visit this location should I require any work done. I would definitely recommend this business.
Guy on the phone was very irritated that I wanted service. Over priced work on break line then Alot of huffing and puffing and wasn't even sure when or if he would even work on my car. I highly recommend not goin to this place.
I have taken my car there several times. I feel they are very fair, honest and friendly. I have recommended them to friends who were also very pleased.
Staff was very helpful. They took my car right away and were able to have repairs done by the next day. I will continue to use them
