Best WLM Reviews
The food look good but it was disgusting. The French toast was wet and eggy and flavorless in the inside with no flavor. The potato bites were cold in the inside and my sour cream was literally frozen????. That’s not the worst part. I ordered a side of sausages and they tasted old so I smelled it & guess what…it stink! Stink like old meat that had sat out then got cooked. This was the worst place I’ve ever been to. Never trying again! The manager never even came to the table to talk to me like he was supposed to. On top of that the French toast was $14 a piece and came with no sides.
Great breakfast and great service! Ariana was very attentive but not overbearing! She was just the right amount of perfect! The food is excellent the atmosphere is quiet and inviting. Definitely will be back soon.
First time here and my wife and I were NOT disappointed. Fantastic service and delicious food made for an experience we will be coming back for. We highly recommend this place for a hearty breakfast/brunch. They even have lunch items, if you prefer. The pics we took won't do the dishes justice (since we started right into it before taking the pics). We had the "Kelly's Favorite Bowl" and the "Crab Cake Eggs Benedict" with loaded hash browns.
I went on Sunday with my girlfriends and there was a half hour wait when I got three at 11:30am.
The staff was attentive and the place was nice and clean.
I ordered the French crepe with whipped cream added and it was served in a timely manner.
The crepes looked amazing and looking at the menu, I was expecting crepes filled with fruits and maybe custard as it said custard and fruits with sauce but when I took a bite, I was surprised that the filling was blueberry whipped cream cheese. No where in the menu did it say it had cream cheese in it.
It was not bad but very much unexpected and was too rich for me to finish the entire plate.
I wished it indicated so in the menu….
I’ve been to the farmington location and was aware of the chocolate covered strawberries when you get the bill but they didn’t give us the strawberry here, which was another slight disappointment.
The four stars are mostly for the nice staffs during this COVID restrictions. For the food, I think this place is okay but maybe just an average 3 starts.
Four stars for service- four stars for excellent quality and flavor- rye toast was delicious-
The two stars are for the omelette (farmers Connor omelet)- i’m visual so I looked at the pictures on the Google search …there’s a picture of a farmers omelette. That omelette is covered with sausage gravy- It looked yummy so that’s what I ordered- The other pictures of their omelettes also look very good and filled with veggies, meat…
my omelette was fluffy and it had plenty of cheddar cheese, no onion and it only had about a tablespoon of crumbled sausage, which most of it was accumulated in one corner of the omelette. Instead of a nice portion of sausage gravy I received a tiny 2 ounce container of gravy-
$13 cheese omelet- that’s what I got. Again, it tasted good but it’s not what I thought I was ordering and way too pricey
Never a bad experience here, the prices are more than reasonable for the quality of food, the food is always amazing, the staff are friendly and prompt - they seat you right away and are quick to check in for coffee refills and to make sure everything tastes okay. (spoiler alert: it does)
I have always ordered door dash from here but today my boyfriend pick us up breakfast in person. I was so disappointed. The food has been great until today. The hash browns were burned. The omelet had no flavor and there was such a small amount of sausage and cheese that it was nonexistent. The orange juice was sour which surprised me because the orange juice has always had such a fresh taste. I placed the order over the phone I was told 20-30 mins when my bf arrived it was an additional 15 min wait. For 40 dollars for two omelets and two orange juices I really expected better. To top it off on my bf’s way out the door a man entering gave him a dirty look and said he has to be a DoorDash person picking up an order for someone. I already feel unwelcome in Livonia as a black person. This just took it over the top.
Will update once I give this another chance but the Livonia location is not living up to the Breakfast Club name. I've had good experiences at several of their other locations but disappointed when I ordered a side of bacon today. Take that simple order for what it's worth, but if you screw up bacon you shouldn't be working in a breakfast kitchen. Small, dried out, over cooked. Four dollars for 3 slices like the picture. Absolutely unacceptable.
**Update 10/29/2021: Sticking with my 1-Star review. Tried again this morning after the $4 bacon failure. Tried the "Classic Eggs Benedict". It came on a sogged out piece of toast that was inedible (see picture). There's a reason real Eggs Benny comes on an English Muffin. I just can't understand the choice made here, and only adds to my frustration that this ruined breakfast cost me $14. Never again with this.
**Update 11/2/2022 (last time, not again): Co-workers requested breakfast here. Cost me over $10 for 2 eggs and hashbrowns. No meat included. No drink included. 2 Egss. Hashbrowns. $10+. Ridiculous.
