Stayed here for our anniversary. Room was very clean. We had breakfast here and it was so good! Not just you standard bagel or cereal, it was a breakfast buffet. Bonfires every night on the beach. Great view too! The staff here is amazing, and they are on top of everything. Highly recommend staying here!
We returned to Breakers Resort in St Ignace for our 30th wedding anniversary. The jacuzzi suite was lovely and very clean. The staff was very helpful and once they found out it was our anniversary, they gave us some sweet gifts and comps for the restaurant. Bobby and the restaurant staff were so nice and thoughtful. It really meant a lot to me and my wife. The beach and fire pit were great as well. We had an excellent time!
Came to the restaurant with some friends and our waitress Christina was great. She greeted us with a smile and made our visit very enjoyable! Made sure we had what we needed and served us an a timely manner! The food was also great!
We enjoyed two nights at Breakers Resort in St Ignace. The room was nice and clean and the staff was so helpful! Tina the concierge was so friendly and helpful especially helping us get our luggage to our room. She gave us suggestions on places to see while we were in the UP. The breakfast was amazing and gave us lot of options. We highly recommend staying at Breakers Resort.
It was a great experience staying at Breakers Resort......... complimentary breakfast was too good. The overall ambience and beach front was heaven.

The best hotel experience we've had. The rooms are beautiful, great views, the entire staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating in every way. The bar/restaurant -The Club at Breakers - is amazing. The food was delicious and had a great time with Chris the bartender. We look forward to staying here again.
No down falls at this hotel at all. Lower rooms are a little musty but you are right on the water. Sunrise is absolutely amazing and you can see the island from some rooms and the beach area. Fires at night were so awesome to join with other guests. Hearing the waves crash on shore all night with the door open made me sleep like a baby. Pool and hot tub were open and equally as awesome. Will continue going back.
We spent the past weekend at the Breakers. The teens loved that the pool was open 24/7. The breakfast was a typical hot buffet and the Clubhouse has an extraordinary view of Lake Huron. They also serve food and drinks in the evenings.
I love that they built a couple of fires Saturday night. It was fun making friends and s'mores. Waking up and walking out to the balcony, hearing the waves and seeing Mackinac Island was perfect. Our room had a nice Keurig, but there wasn't a lot of counter space.
Bonus: we were able to see the Northern Lights!
