Not sure if the young female with glasses was working by herself on 03/6/22 @1724, but her customer service was horrible. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because I’m trying to give her the benefit of the doubt as I feel bad if she’s the only one working. However, no matter what the circumstances are CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. When getting my order, I didn’t even get a spoon or napkins, I wouldn’t bother to come back to the stine location. I hope management hires people with more customer service skills, because no matter how good the food or bowls are, if the customer service is horrible don’t expect customer to come back.
I ordered two of their meals. It comes with one protein, 1 starch, and one vegetable. It was a little disappointing. The chicken was so dry I could hardly swallow it. The spinach side dish was such a small portion. I had 2 bites of spinach and it was gone. The ground turkey was very salty too. It was mediocre at best. I've had their tacos, turkey burgers, acai bowls before and they were all delicious. What I ordered today was not good.
I come here often. Never again
I waited over 30 minutes for my order, a Keto acai bowl, and a dragonfruit smoothie. I asked how much longer after a gentleman who was there before me received his order. Freddy let me know we were next. However, after waiting half an hour, I could not wait any longer, I asked for a refund, which he said would be on my card in 3 to 5 business days. He didn't offer a receipt, so I guess it's on good faith. There is ZERO customer service or a sense of urgency.
I ordered two gorilla bowls & waited over 30 min for them. It’s happened all 3 times I’ve been. I come here bcuz it’s right by my house. But I feel like it’s better to make the drive to Rosedale location to get my order in half the time
Sam took our order, a smoothie and bowl for myself and my friend. They were quick and he had a really friendly energy overall. The food was really good, would definitely go back for both the atmosphere and bowls!
The people are always helpful at this location. The food is good...and lots of healthy options.
Bunch of rude unprofessional workers have been given moldy strawberries on two different occasions in my açaí bowls. Food was still thawing out once so clearly not fresh even got food poisoning which leaves me to now leave this review.
Great experience, friendly atmosphere. Dined in. Everything on menu is super!
