Best WLM Reviews

We were pleasantly surprised at the food at bravo! Italian kitchen after stumbling in after a trip to pottery barn. It was a Saturday night but the restaurant was packed! We sat at the bar and ate there. The food was good and the salads were tasty.
Basic Americanized Italian food, if you can even call it Italian. They clearly used no boil pasta sheets in my lasagna, and "Alfredo" sauce instead of cheese. It used to be places like this where inexpensive enough to justify not getting great food, but the prices are almost as high as a decent restaurant.
A group of 20 women met at Bravo in Robinson; we had an absolutely wonderful time. We want to sincerely thank Jake and Hanna for their exceptional service. They were both patient, attentive, and friendly as they waited on all of us who were busy reminiscing. We want to let them know they truly were a part of making this a special occasion. Hopefully we will return every year.
This was our first visit. Received a coupon in the mail so decided to give it a try. Service was really bad. Ordered drinks and waited a long time to get them. Got our meals, which were ok, waitress never checked on us again. We had to go in and ask to see her so we could get our check. Even after asking for her, had to wait. She never offered dessert, never ask how our meals were. Not sure we will go back.
Restaurant was busy as it was a Friday evening.
Hostesses (3) all looked bored and frumpy.
Used to this place being more upscale and classier but tonight it fell short.
Our waitress Melissa was very nice and friendly. She was doing the best she could as she had quite a few tables she was serving. She brought to our table some bread and dipping sauce. We ordered cocktails after a bit of a wait and it was a little watered down as two out of 3 drinks had no flavor and tasted weird.
We then ordered our meals. Never got water refills, got more bread but no sauce.
Shrimp Scampi and the Fettuccine Alfredo was good but noodles on the edges were dry and overcooked. (May have been sitting in the back too long before we received it.
Chicken, Spinach & Bacon Flatbread was the best plate of the evening. Highly recommend this starter item.
Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Good vibes. Servers are polite. Food is delicious. I ordered New York strip 14 oz and was well cooked , just the way I ordered. My wife got pasta. She liked it too. This Bravo location is so much better than other locations in the city.
Stepping into Bravo is like being transported to a culinary oasis, where every bite is a symphony of flavors. The décor, with its elegant chandeliers and plush seating, exudes a timeless charm that makes dining here an unforgettable experience. The menu is a veritable cornucopia of delectable dishes, each prepared with the finest ingredients and utmost care. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with a rich, savory sauce that was simply out of this world. The lobster bisque was a creamy delight, bursting with the fresh, succulent taste of the sea. The service at Bravo is impeccable, with attentive waitstaff who anticipate your every need with grace and efficiency. Their knowledge of the menu and their recommendations were spot-on, enhancing the overall dining experience. In an era where dining out is often rushed and impersonal, Bravo stands out as a beacon of excellence, harkening back to a time when meals were savored and dining was an event. It’s a place where you can relax, enjoy, and revel in the sheer pleasure of fine dining.Bravo, indeed, lives up to its name in every possible way. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience.
I'm only giving 4 stars because of the bathroom. The food was delicious. Our server was fantastic. I went to use the bathroom before we left and I was disgusted! The toilet had black mold/mildew in the bowl at the water line. The seat itself looked like someone with muddy shoes had stood on it. I covered everything I could with toilet paper (yes, the other open stall looked the same). Glad I used it on the way out, because I may not have been able to eat if it has used it beforehand...
