We had a great experience at this place. Everything was delicious and I mean delicious. The pizza, pasta, calamari and bread are a must try. We'll most surely come back here again. Great food, great atmosphere and great service. Keep up the good work!
It was early lunch for my friend and. After shopping at retail for couple of hours we were hungry for an Italian style meal. We enjoyed Pasta Woozie and Spaghetti and Meatballs. The entry was very heart warming welcome. After we had some fresh hot bread and dip we got our juicy meals. It was very good and the service backed it up. With that we left satisfied and sent off with have a fun filled day! That topped it all for the people and location. Check it out.
Food was pretty good. We went on a holiday so things were hectic. Had to wait 30 minutes for bar drinks. Not a manager in sight helping the poor staff but you could see a majority of them hustling. Lots of dirty tables and whoever was behind the bar didn't seem to really care about any of the people waiting to order a drink or sit down. He pretty much ignored everyone and had one speed which was of a turtle. Our server was very kind and overwhelmed along with the host staff. Wish we could have saw some managers helping out but again they were no where to be found.
Everything was just ok. I used to love this restaurant when I was younger but the menu has changed and the quality has gone down from where it was in the past. Some of the dishes are pretty good but a lot are just fairly basic dishes and kind of bland for what you pay for. The service was good and the restaurant has nice ambiance. The food is just a bit hit or miss. Looks like more frozen items being used. Cheese ravioli starter is good calamari is frozen and very chewy. Alfredo type pasta dishes are pretty bland. All of the fried chicken dishes appear to use the same frozen chicken pieces. I expect better for this price.
We used Bravo to cater my father's 80th birthday. I called twice to place the order and after being left on hold for over 20 minutes each time, I hung up. I went in to the Dublin location to speak to the manager and place the order. We had already sampled the chicken Marsala dinner and liked it so that it what we ordered for the party. The food was delivered late, and they accidently brought us 2 orders of green beans and no mash potatoes. The delivery people dropped off and left without checking. The chicken was plain boiled chicken with Marsala sauce on the side to pour over the chicken. It was so bland and tasted nothing like what we had at the restaurant. When I called about the issues, I was told that they could deliver mashed potatoes within the hour; too late!! The food was already late, I had a rented space and the guest needed to eat. I requested a manager call me but never got a call back. I called the next week, and never heard back. Unfortunately family health issues prevented me from following up further so I was never refunded anything. I would never use Bravo for catering nor do I have any desire to patronize their establishment.
Place is amazing. Food is great, people are great. If I have to say one bad thing it will be that our drinks came late BUT we didn’t have to pay for them and for that, I am grateful.
The Salmon Fesca was delicious. The bread and oil dip was mediocre. The Wedding soup was terrific. The first Strawberry Limonata was outstanding, the second one was horrible. I think a different bar tender made it. The atmosphere was perfect. The waiter was pretty good. I will be back.
My family and I (party of 5) dined at Bravo to celebrate my birthday. Gregory was the best server we all have had in quite some time. He was personable, engaging and funny. He was very apologetic about wait times as it was Valentine’s Day, but we all were having such a great time we did not mind at all. We all agreed if we ate there again, we’d ask to be seated in his section. The food was very good, but Gregory made the night!!!
