Okay! When I ordered my food it came right away. But my bacon was burnt I ask them to fix the problem the did right away. They were not busy when I visited so I was a little confused but I'm glad everything work out for the best. Might visit again soon.
Not overly busy on our visit. Burgers were ok, barely any fries in the container considering the size of the large. Service was lacking. Mostly high school kids by the looks of it. Manager needs more managing skills, although he seemed to have his hands full babysitting his staff. Most didn't seem to care about being there at all. The atmosphere was typical loud fast food kinda vibe. Not overly impressed, but not disgusted enough to say I'll not be back.
Always friendly and helpful, but typically, if it's kids working, they'll act like kids. With as many kids as I have, it doesn't bother me, but if one doesn't or isn't used to that, it may affect your experience. It doesn't change the food or the products. And the food is good and well prepared and to order. The products are quality and very good.
Food is good but almost everytime they get something wrong with the order when using the drive through. If you ask for a malt you probably will just get a milkshake. And the chocolate milkshakes seem to be vanilla ice cream mixed with chocolate syrup, not from chocolate ice cream.
No one was wearing gloves. Took 20 mins to wait for three people ahead of us to get icecream. I watched bananas be peeled by a girl with acrylics with her nails all in someone else’s banana.. Then 20 minutes for four icecream to be made for us. Then we ordered 1 single jalapeño burger. Time is 9:21. It was 9:50 before we got the burger. Tomato had a fingernail in it, then bit into a rock hard piece of meat and I was done.
Food is great if you've never had Braums before. I'd prefer it over pretty much any other fast food at this point. However, this location is hit or miss at times. Day shift is on point and gets your order right and I never have a problem with. However, if you go for dinner, better check your order, make sure you got all your extras and such. I've had numerous times now where my order was fouled up at night to the point I will drive the extra 10 minutes down the road to the one on Harrison to avoid the hassle.
I stop by here regularly on my trips south. They offer god food and ice cream. Restaurant and restrooms are normally clean. I don’t normally use the grocery store at this location, but do at another location. We like their prices and quality.
1st time trying Braums's - pleasantly surprised, everyone enjoyed their meals, the cashier was very informative about the company and how the have their own dairy and process their own cows to provide meat for burgers. Everyone said the meat had a great taste. The kids meals were a fair size.
only complaint is in regards to all the flys inside the restaurant -perhaps they should consider some fly traps.
