Just stop by this location waited in the drive-through line for over five minutes without anyone acknowledging me then I went to the window to order because they didn’t take any orders in the drive-through several cars behind me left. It was completely chaotic there and there was hardly anyone in the lobby will never ever stop at this location again as far as I’m concerned everyone working this current shift and it’s 10 AM May 29th on memorial day should be fired. Bought a burrito and they didn’t even cut up the sausage inside of it. Just ridiculous.
We just dined in for ice cream. The ice cream was good. There were ppl around us that ordered food. Their food looked good and smelled good. They were busy and the service was a tad slow but overall it was a good experience and the staff was trying hard to keep up.
I'll ask for no ketchup and you guys douse the burger in it anyways. I came on my break this time and so I didn't have a lot of time to eat or even just to get food I wasn't even able to eat this burger usually I just wipe it off but this burger particularly was literally covered in ketchup when I specifically asked for no ketchup, saw that the screen also said no ketchup and confirmed. I didn't take a receipt bc I'm an idiot so I know I won't get a refund. Severely disappointed and also hungry.
Asked for hamburger got cheese burger. Ugh hate cheese. Got chicken strip meal. Fries cold. Did not get gravy liked I wanted they gave me some orange dipping sauce. Service was slow and employees looked lost. Asked for vanilla shake instead of coke had to wait after I got food they forgot to give it to me. Very disappointed in the food.

I pull up at 10:26 after waiting in line and the guy working the drive through tells me that the don’t serve lunch till 10:30 and told me to go to the back of the line with a rude attitude
There busy at times you know they are so plan to go it's OK place to eat I always get a bag of cheese burgers plain
The food is always so delicious. Made fresh when you place your order. And they even make a burger for my pupper! Thank you Braum's.
