The drive-thru was six deep at 9:150. I went in.
Your shift manager was helping another customer in line. I could tell this guy was going to be a gem.
Customer leaves without receipt or change. Shift manager pockets change and he sees me seeing him do it.
I ask for a German choc in a reg cone. You want two scoops for .40 cents. I decline and tell him just the reg cone.
Comes back with a waffle cone. I explain, reg cone, not waffle. He proceeds to cram it on to a reg cone.
Product is frost bitten and poorly scooped. I pay for the cone and tell the shift manager that a customer’s change doesn’t belong in an employee’s pocket.
Your facilities are filthy. Your staff are poorly trained. Your products are NOT fresh.
Do better.
A special Braum's in that this is where my wife and I had our first date. So we occasionally like to visit and sit at the same table we did when we first meet.
Only reason this location has a 4 star is because the tables are usually dirty when we visit and our most recent visit my wife's hamburger patty was still raw on one end. We presume because it was still partially frozen when it went on the grill. My burger I believe was fully cooked but to be honest I didn't pay attention and consumed it pretty quickly.
Their ice cream and shakes are delicious and I highly recommend getting a shake with your meal instead of a soda since there is no additional cost to get a shake. There is however an additional cost if you want to increase the size of your shake.
One of the best stores in this locality. People here are very friendly. I have been to this place on numerous occasions for different purposes. Needless to say, they have plenty of varieties of ice creams, and if you are in need of basic groceries, or some good breakfast, and / or coffee, this is the place to go to. Considering the fact that there are many restaurants in an around E33rd St, this is a very good place to have desserts. I particularly like their breakfast combo where you can have bagels which have plenty of varieties to choose from, hash browns, and a small coffee all within $5. Cheers once again to the friendly staffs.
Literally just left there and my fry’s are all soggy and cold, my chicken sandwich is over cooked took 2 bites just to make sure and it’s not edible. Waste of $10. Wish I had time to go back and ask for them to remake the meal. I won’t be returning.
I was visiting this fine establishment for lunch one day, and in a grand gesture of my grace and balance, I fumbled the top bun of my bacon cheeseburger, flinging it high in the air and causing it to come crashing down as I watched, frozen in horror. Unfortunately for both of us, the bun landed toppings-side down and so, was unsalvageable. My top bun, lettuce, and mayo were lost to the floor and I was forced to ask the employees if they could remake it for me. They did so without even asking a question and with a smile on their face. These are employees I could entrust with my life, if needed.
In a second occurrence, I, being a person who enjoys dipping my fries in a lavish concoction of ketchup and mayonnaise, began to search for the two condiments. Ketchup is an easy resource to come by, being readily available in easy access pumps. Mayonnaise, however, you must express your desire for. When I explained my quest for mayonnaise to the employee behind the counter, she disappeared for a small moment and returned, my prize in hand. She brought me a gorgeous, invigorating, well of mayonnaise, deep enough to drown all my fries and all of my sorrows in.
11/10 will return again.

Even though it's in Edmond, not the nicest Braums. Rarely stop at this location due to them always being out of stock of various things. Stopped in for their Strawberry topping...and what do you know, out of stock.
Almost every morning I get breakfast there and the drive through worker's are super friendly and positive. The service is always fast and precise. Thank you all for making everyone's day.
