The cashiers working the windows were absolutely horrible. Was charged for large fries and shake and received medium, which is fine that's what I wanted but I did not appreciate being charged for something I didn't receive. They should treat their customers better instead of being flat out rude and not even trying to act like the have a customer service job.
I've seen several locations while visiting the OKC area, and they were all pretty busy. That prompted me to try it. Decent fast food place. Known for ice cream, but they had some pretty decent burgers.
I stopped by at 10 pm after a softball game. The staff was very cheerful and happy. The order was correct and hot and good.
I tried to order from here once before, and the person taking the order in the drive-thru was being rude. I had a question about the price, and she simply turned the headset off, and wouldn't respond. Pulled foward, and out of thr drive-thru went across the street to mcdonalds instead. I just started coming back this week it's been around a year since I stopped. Had 2 days with no issue, and the food was good, but today they were all acting kind of weird. It felt like they were in a rush to get rid of me more than normal for a drive-thru. The whole thing felt off. I was going to take my family here when they come to town, but I think I'd rather go to interurban, or that hibachi by the college.
The store is always dirty. Trash overflowing with nowhere to dump your tray. The ketchup and soda areas are always covered in trash and spilt liquid. The employees have no knowledge of personal hygiene. Uniforms are stained and sloppy, their hair is a mess, and managers show no concern of the appearance of either the store or employees. It is sad because it is a busy store that is conveniently located for most traffic.
Staff are nice and polite- always smiling!
I tried the new pimento cheese spicy bacon burger and it was yummy! Very delicious, flavorful, and filling! I love Braums so def will be returning!
Best braums around!!! Fresh food! Way better than the city! Can always count on braums to come in clutch
