It's reasonably priced, and the quality is above and beyond!!!! JUST LOOK AT THE PICS OF THE ICE CREAMS I POSTED..LOL, The burgers and fries are always hot, and TOOOO GOOD! I have visited other BRAUMS and so far IMHO the service, and quality of food has been very consistent, and above. I'm glad that BRAUMS remains old fashioned in their own way, which is a VERY way too..Enjoy EVERYONE!????❣️????!
The staff is fine, but the food is great. I really like that they have paper cups instead of Styrofoam.
My only real complaint is that the current ice cream flavors are not listed online or on the drive through menu. You have to go in to see our guess from their online "archives" list
I have gone to other establishments so that everyone in my house can decide on what to get before I go pick it up.
I love Braum's. I do prefer the burgers the old fashioned way they were made but the new way is tasty as well. This particular location gets a 5 star rating from me because the manager Caleb went out of his way to find out if I could use my ebt card for grocery pickup. He and the other employee that answered the phone were very patient and kind and you just don't find that kind if service very often this day and age.
This Braum's location is excellent. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo with fries and a chocolate milkshake. The quality of the meal is great especially considering the price of it as well. My total was less than $9. I've only had one issue with this location. If one comes at night one may receive a milkshake that isn't made well. It tasted great but the employee used a very small amount of ice cream as it mostly contained milk.
I like the Chocolate Yogurt Cone! Delicious!!!
Sometimes service can be slow inside although it might not be anyone but you standing in the line.
I've been looked at and no response to why I'm waiting.
Several times, I get faster service in the drive-thru.
Still, I'm a faithful patron.
Ice scream containers weren't properly closed on a 5 min drive. Thank goodness it wasn't longer.
Not interested in any refund or comp or to bash. Please ensure your staff does their job on each order.
Shakes are so inconsistent. Half of the time straight liquid
Came in and stood in the ice cream line, was never acknowledged in any way by the 3 employees in the front. The girl at the register didn’t even know the girl at the ice cream counter’s name…she yells out to the other employee a question about her and the male employee says who, the female employee replied herrr. It was like watching unsupervised children
