We visit here all the time to get some dairy needs and wants. The staff has always been attentive and kind. They’re always friendly and we feel welcomed back like a true customer.
We will continue coming here for years to come!
We were satisfied with our malt and blizzard. Younger staff, at times, acting juvenile. My server came across less than Southern friendly. The product was very good and we would return when passing through next time.
There was a sm puddle of water on the floor. One customer mentioned it to the cashier. Nothing was done. Nobody came out to clean it up after 10 min. I took it upon myself to find a caution sign and set it up. After ½hr. I asked for the manager as I left and told him. I don't know the outcome. Hopefully, nobody slipped and got injured.
Took my little girl and little boy to eat here and took my little girl in the bathroom to this. Thank god she slowed down a little and didn’t go and touch this. Ice cream was great, but cleanliness was very poor !
Didn't eat. A couple items from grocery. I sat down to enjoy my cottage cheese, dining in. Salt and pepper shakers a definite perk.
A few tables needed attention to clear and clean.

I stopped in, got some sweet tea, a salad & a bag of cheeseburgers to go. Somehow a chili cheese fry was added to my order. Megan was not happy that she had to be interrupted w giving me a refund. The Cashier who took my orders seemed new So I let it slide that he was incredibly rude, Didn't make eye contact, Asked me "what do you want" When it was time to take my order And didn't give me a total, but had me put my card in the machine. Never offer a thank you or anything, Just handed me my number and expected me to know the procedure. Which fortunately I did since I waited twelve minutes for my order to show up. I stopped the manager on the way out and told her she needed to Have a chat with their employees. I could not believe how rude they were.
I don't know if I will be back. The food is great and i'm told the family is wonderful as well But I'm simply not impressed with the employees at any of the Braums in OK I've stopped at.... There seems to be an attitude and work ethic issue at the oklahoma braum stores i've been to. I Have had no negative experience at the one in Denton, that I stopped to on the way to dallas
I came through the drive thru during a rush and, as i should have expected, my food was a bit disappointing. however, when i called back to let them know i was greeted with amazing service. they completely remade my biggest craving (perfectly) and i am more than satisfied. thanks aubrey!! you’re an og????????
Store is ALWAYS clean! Staff is super friendly. It's our favorite Braums around. Only place we buy our ice cream.
