We went to get a quick bite by using the drive through, but waited for 11 minutes after we ordered to get our order. My husband had ordered a small yogurt twist cone. The employee started to hand him the cone first, and right away we saw that it had melted and was dripping down the cone on all sides. My husband asked if they would please make another cone and the employee definitely had a bad attitude about it. Obviously they need to get their timing better on ice cream orders.
I literally had barely ordered and i had my food fresh hot and delicious. And the service is something you won't get in the big fast food chains beautiful genuine smiles and friendly. 4 giant chicken nuggets, fries and a drink for $9.00 i was pleasantly surprised.
Went today. Only person in line..me. Ordered. Waited 12 minutes..bought ice cream. Order was ready. Ordered 4 burgers, 3 fries, 2 ,orders of 6 chicken tenders. Drove directly 1.5 miles to my house. We ate right away. Fries and burgers were cold. Tenders were warm. Very disappointed. I thought I was getting fresh hot meals.
Visited the drive through at lunch time. Received my food quickly and it was very hot and fresh. Honestly the best Braums meal I’ve had in a long time. This location is doing something right.
Great hot off the grill burger and wonderful banana split. My wife had a double scoop of chocolate turtle and pralines and cream. Highly recommended.
I would rate Zero stars if I was given the option. Charisma is a lady that works at this location. She was very unprofessional and very rude. This is the second time I came to this store in a month with the hopes that my second time in would be different, but it wasn't . Once again we had VERY poor service given by her. Shameful to say the least. I wouldn't wish anyone losing their job but she is not fit for any kind of customer service. Period. I would avoid going to this location as long as she is working there.
The salads are usually rusty... the hot fudge Sunday was... sad. I asked where the whipped cream was....the guy said "oh yeah, we're out." The 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream in a cup... we're delivered in a waffle cone, I repeated "cup," they handed it back to me in an upside-down cup...smh! This place used to be wonderful! What happened?!?
Everything was super good and we got food quick although I believe it's more because the place wasn't busy but I'm rating so low because there is no baby changing stations in either bathroom
