Danforth in Edmond? Edmond road and Santa Fe? What is going on there? After going to the location that had no cooks at Edmond road and Santa Fe. I drove out of my way and ordered 2 breakfast bagels ???? at Danforth. Simple enough? No response or greeting from the tenant "Jordan" at the window, maybe the manager?, just a total was replied, gave payment then immediately was told rudely to pull forward. While I waited for nearly 15 minutes, making me late for work at this point after driving across town, I pulled back around after noticing 5 others getting there food and coffee. As I pulled up and around on an empty drive thru to the window a second time, I saw him go into the office as I honked. Then he came back with my order and said demeaning "have a nice day". When arriving to work, I opened my bagel, I saw a piece of clear plastic on my sandwich? Not trusting the other sandwich from being contaminated with spit or whatever else, I literally did not eat either one. These people are making people sick without regard of health safety and looks to me to be PURPOSEFULLY. I literally wanted to force him to eat it himself, which I could have. But when going back and confronting him, he simply played like hmmm ???? no problem. It's not about the money I spent, I mean wasted. That hour of work I missed cost me more than you make all day. It's the principle of serving food that you would and could eat yourself! Maybe it was just not liking white men with long hair baldy boy! Get your cooks and staff straightened out in order to be able to serve safe edible food without contempt or racism towards others while trying to poison or choke them.
One of the last affordable old school hamburgers in America. The ice cream is in a class by itself. I have to watch myself because it could become a daily habit very easily. I always get the cup not the cone because they pack it in and you get your money's worth. Is it fresh? I always tell visitors it was mooing yesterday.
Friendly employees, fantastic food, great customer service, and a chocolate milkshake makes everything just right!
Awful customer service. My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a quick meal before he had to leave for work, the service was good up until we got to the second window; the lady immediately pulled us forward, after waiting for a while she came out to hand us our food and we mentioned that we had also ordered an ice cream. She just left and we kept waiting for a while. Then a man with glasses and a blue apron came out and handed our food and ice cream but forgot our drinks. He looked and sounded very annoyed with the fact that we asked for our drinks. And on top of that, our sandwich was made wrong, our fries and strips were VERY COLD, fries had no salt and our ice cream was melted. It looked and tasted like they were sitting there for a long time. very disappointed, will never come back again.
The manager runs this place better than any other store she's old school been there many years. Great crew. And food always hot
Braum's is a solid--not fancy, nor particularly memorable, but consistently decent fast food
The service was poor, could not get the order correct. When we pulled to the window our order was incorrect and the ice cream we did receive was melted and inedible.
Sometimes the drive-thru food is awesome at this location and sometimes not so much.
It depends who’s working.
Edit to add: The drive-thru lane up to the windows is disgusting.
Smashed ketchup, food, gum, etc.
Maybe wash it down once in a while.
Clean the drive-thru windows as well.
