I had a specific way I wanted my banana split. It is somewhat complicated but the staff didn’t make any negative comments. In fact just the opposite!!! They not only had it done correctly but handed it to me with a smile. It was almost to pretty too eat. lol I am always so pleased with this particular Braums. The inside is always clean, the staff is friendly and the food is always good. As much as I eat at this Braums I should own stock. Obviously I really enjoy Braums but I promise this is the best store there is! Thank you guys and gals for being so AWESOME!
Every time I come to OK to visit my grandma, I eagerly anticipate a trip to Braum’s for ice cream and fries! And I do mean every time! The flavors are amazing and cold. The fries are crinkled and hot. The ketchup was out, I made the staff know and they got right on replacing it! This time I got the double scoop hot fudge sundae! Delicious. They made our whole order up very quickly, even though they were extremely busy! Excellent experience!
The ice cream is always good and I enjoy Braums coming from outside the Braum's area. They didn't have chocolate yogurt tonight, so I was a little disappointed. But my wife and kid loved their banana split. It really took a long time to get our ice cream orders, with only one person working the line. It looks like they were concentrated on the drive-through customers.
One of the poorest of the 'fast food' restaurants. Fries taste like frozen fries from Walmart. Burgers are like pan-fried burgers at home, whereas most prefer grilled burgers. The shakes have an odd flavor and there's no pineapple for banana splits or for mixing in shakes and smoothies
We love this store for buying groceries. We are here to buy milk and butter on a regular basis. Their ice cream is the best around. We occasionally dine in the restaurant and enjoy their burgers and shakes.
I did not order extra pickles, I did order extra sauce. There was very little on the bun and the meat was cold. Braums is getting just as bad as all the other fast food for quality. I have no problem waiting a few minutes for fresh of the grill burgers. You won't get it here anymore. This isn't the first time the food was not fresh.
It's usually pretty clean, though it can get a bit messy when there's a rush – but hey, that's just a sign of a good place, right? What I love is that even when it's packed, you can still chat without having to shout over a noisy crowd.
The service? Always spot on. Quick, friendly – they've got it down, even when it's super busy. And the grocery section, oh, it's a winner. Great for a quick stop or a hangout.
Burgers were okay, terrible cherry limeade tasted like carbonated lemon, no cherry, and appears they are cutting back on cherry. Kids enjoyed shake. Will pass on night out at braums and go to a restaurant to spend same amount of money for fresh hot food where your money gets what you pay for.
