They were out of strawberry for my shake and I had to get strawberry banana, which was not bad at all. I got a bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was dry. If you like a lot of pickles ???? then you're in good hands. Overall the sandwich was acceptable even though it was late, but it could have been better. Service was very good and my friend and I were treated well in the drive through. Will give them another chance on the food.
Someone doesn't know how to make a cream cheese bagel and it shows. I don't know why I thought I would get anything better than this from this Braum's. Who smashes a bagel flat??? If I wanted pancakes, I would order them. The cook should have enough food knowledge to know that bagels aren't smashed flat. I would also like to mention that the grill is clearly filthy. Some might think that is a multi grain bagel, but no, that is plain bagel with all of the scum from the dirty grill on it. Why is the manager not checking food quality before it goes out? Or maybe they did.....????
We ordered 1 large Twist (chocolate. & vanilla together) and a large chocolate.
At the window, the "manager" gave me the cones, but one was small. I told him that we ordered 2 large cones, and he said I was charged for one large. I said ok I'll pay the difference. He walked away the girl at the drive-thru window asked us to pull forward . I tried to give my card to pay for the difference, and she said her manager said I didn't have to. When the manager gave me the cone I stuck my finger in the middle of the ice cream and it was hollow. That's the 2nd time that's happened.
I'm hoping they get their act together because they are my neighborhood store.
A pet peeve of mine is they ALWAYS stuff the bag way too full. It crushes the burgers to where they look gross and they throw those darn ketchup packets in my fries!!
Most of the time this Braum’s is really good. Tonight I ordered a junior cheeseburger and this is what I got. My burger patty is really dry so I’m assuming this has been sitting there for a while. There is a second slice of cheese added that is completely different in color. I’m guessing it’s “fresher” than the slice I pulled off. Shake was good. Burger was gross.
Ordered bag of burgers, crispy chicken sandwich, hot fudge and a carmel Sunday. Order was prepared quickly, the service was very friendly, and the food was great! Able to feed 5 people for under $25. I highly recommend Braum's.
Love the ice cream in the food here. It's awesome that they will pack a certain amount of ice cream such as a pint if you want that much. The service there is so friendly. The store is clean. Their breakfast food is to die for. I just love everything about this place. I highly recommend it.
Got the big country breakfast to split with my husband. We substituted the sausage for bacon. The bacon was way too crispy, the eggs were overdone, and the biscuit & sausage gravy was ok. Disappointed ☹️
If you want to buy just a few groceries for dinner or lunch.
Or need a gallon of milk this is the place to come. It's reasonable , also, you don't have to walk a 1/2 a mile. The ice cream is wonderful and the hamburgers are delicious. What else can I say? Try it.
