I had an absolutely awesome experience with Brake Medics! My tech was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. The price was better than going to the dealer, and the convenience of having them come to my house (and not having to wait all day at the dealer or shop) was priceless. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to all my friends and family.
Brake Medics did a great job replacing my brakes on all 4 wheels. They were prompt, quick and made sure I was fully satisfied before they left. They also checked on me a few times after the job was done. I would recommend them to anyone and the price is unbeatable! So happy I found this jewel!
The gentleman was very nice. He explained what he was going to do on my car. He was pretty fast! It may have taken him 39 minutes at the most to change my front brakes. Afterwards he did a test drive on my car to make sure things were great. This was the first time I ever considered having a company to come to my HOUSE to professionally do my brakes. I’m a skeptic, but this experience was great and convenient
It's always refreshing to encounter HONEST service techs. I was 98% sure that I needed new brakes. But after the Brake Medic tech inspected all four, he assured me that I did not need them. He provided quick service and even suggested what the problem might be and how I needed to get it resolved. GREAT SERVICE, highly recommend.
1st of all let me say I am a single father with 2 kids on a limited budget. I did a lot of research and decided to gamble with using this company to change my brakes to save money. They contacted me immediately and gave me a fair price with no strings attached. Wayne showed up right on time for the appointment and I already had a text message with a picture of how much my parts cost. He changed my pads and rotors on the rear and told me my front was good to go. SAVED MONEY!! Then did a test drive to check the quality. BEST SERVICE BY A MECHANIC, EVER. Awesome service! My tech arrived exactly on time, took him about 45 mins. and he was done. Price included parts and labor and was much cheaper than several other places I checked with. Best part I never had to leave my house. I didn't have to wait hours sitting and waiting. The tech was extremely kind. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.
These guys are GREAT!!! First, when I made an appt, I had to cancel it because of work. Rather than get upset, they asked when I would be available. I asked about Saturday morning at 11AM at a local restaurant where I was meeting some friends for lunch - No Problem!.
Not only did I not have to deal with a waiting room, they beat me there AND saved me money (~$300) versus going to a dealership! When they were finished, they sent me a text and I walked outside to collect my keys and went to enjoy the rest of my Saturday.
I've had zero problems with my new brakes and strongly encourage anyone to consider them for your car!
If you need anything done to your breaks I would recommend these guys. They assist you with everything, have good communication and work around your schedule. You would not have to worry about going all out your way because where ever you are they come to you. Brake Medics are completely honest with you about the issue, do what they can do to fix the issue, and most importantly they don’t try to upcharge you or get over on you like other people do. They do whatever is possible to save you some money. I made some changes for my appointment due to my busy schedule and these guys made time to get the job done earlier than expected without any issues!
